Scam Site. Immediate payment taken, no goods!

Compass24 took payment for the item I ordered immediately but then did not deliver or contact me again!
I tried several times via email (there is no phone number available to contact them on) but zero response. Have now raised a credit card refund request with my credit card company but wanted to warn others to avoid this scam site.

Needlessly apprehensive

With such mixed reviews I was a bit hesitant, but given the excellent pricing (nearly 35% cheaper than the UK based option) and the fact that there seemed to be a few more positive reviews recently, I thought I’d take the risk (ordering on credit card for easy recovery if it all went wrong). The delivery arrived within the “typical 10 working days” advised on the website, so ultimately all good and I needn’t have worried.

The only thing they could have done better would have been to actually send the dispatch confirmation / tracking details proactively, rather than wait for me to chase customer services for this after I missed the first delivery attempt on account of not knowing it was coming…

They took my money, then delivered nothing. They don't answer emails and have no phone number. They are scammers!!

Looks good, well made

The things I don’t like
The fuel gauge is almost impossible to see the level of you don’t have good eye sight
The filler cap needs raising up a bit to get the fuel in cleanly, had to adapt a can to do it
A little bit smelly I think
Over all quite a decent heater, gives out a lot of heat, more than I expected, and it’s well made, looks good.

I placed an order on August 30th (Order…

I placed an order on August 30th (Order #827133911) and paid for it immediately. The only email I received said, 'As soon as we receive your payment, you'll get another message, and your goods will be prepared for shipment.'

However, despite making the payment, I haven’t received any updates since. I’ve sent multiple emails and Facebook messages, but there has been no response. It’s been 8 days since the purchase, and I’m starting to get concerned about losing my money. The lack of communication is making me question the company's credibility.

I have placed my order on 11/07/2024…

I have placed my order on 11/07/2024 and I’m still waiting for it. There is no phone number on the website. You cannot call to Customer Service. No communication with the Customers regarding delayed items, stock availability and an approximate delivery time. They have deserved minus 5*, but there is no option for it, hence 1 star.

Bit rubbish really

Bit rubbish really.
Still waiting for my order to be delivered after 9 days with no communication whatsoever, no tracking number or dispatch notification. Website indicates it may be dispatched.
Not even had a response to my email from 2 days ago querying the whereabouts of my order.
Guess if you are in no particular hurry it's not a problem. It's one item that is allegedly in stock.

Website needs improvement

The delivery service was very good,it was here the following week I just have a problem with how the website is set out it doesn’t explain what they are advertising I ordered 2x double fender baskets as advertised on the website and received 2x single baskets, when I challenged the order I got a message back saying I should of ordered a certain code and when I went back to the website and checked it was still showing that the code I ordered was for a double basket. The quality of the product didn’t justify the price they were asking so I’ve had to send them back. Not very happy customer.
