Excellent service ,they have luxury cars for local wedding

I had the privilege of experiencing the Char Dham Yatra with Comfort My Travel, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The itinerary was well-organized, covering all four Dhams – Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath – with ample time for darshan and rest.

Comfort My Travel doesn't tell you all pros and cons of taking a helicopter ride. They don't have a vision and empathy towards NRI travelers. Here is the story...
1) When we were booking 1 Day Badrinath, Kedarnath tickets, they kind of told the ride depends on weather. We were very enthusiastic and didn't inquire about weather related cancellations. We expect them to warn us about weather related cancellations, refunds and rearrangements. They asked us to have one extra day to accommodate any weather related issues.
2) On the day of the travel, we were supposed to travel to Kedarnath first. But due to moderately bad weather, we couldn't fly to Kedarnath. The Trave Agents were not proactive in planning for taking a next visiting place i.e. Badrinath. We had to intiate the discussion to at least fly to Badrinath. Then they flew us to Badrinath in a very rush manner during temple interval. There is no guidance whatsoever, we had to lead the plan ourselves.
3) Kedarnath got cancelled. We were not offered next day flight. We were ready to walk as well, but we were told the registration are closed for pedestrian piligrims. We were misguided causing us more travel expenses, delays and other flight cancellations.
4) It is important to know that, Kedarnath Badrinath such piligrimage ride in helicopter is weather dependant. It appears that 90% of the time the weather will be bad and your ride will be cancelled, no other arrangements will be done. This happens even if weather is moderately bad.

These guys are nothing more than fraud. They have shown a photo of volvo bus and sending a bus from TATA company and charging a lot.

Goods options to hire luxury cars like Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar for wedding. We hire Jaguar XF model for local Lucknow wedding and we are happy with their vehicle and services. Definitely hire again from comfort my travel in future.
Only one suggestion try to get cars in more colors other than white. We want jaguar in red color but they have car only in white color, other awesome service.

Join the Comfort My Travel June 2019 group of Kailash Mansarovar, the abode of Lord Shiv and get mesmerized by the beauty of this natural destination while purifying your soul by diving into Mansarovar lake. I have travelled with this company for the first time but the experience has been splendid with great management, delicious food and memories for life.

We have 4 friends who book kailash mansarovar yatra tour from comfort my travel and travel with 28 Aug 2019 Batch from Lucknow by helicopter. As all company's of Kailash Yatra mention there tour like yatra by helicopter, but helicopter & flight part is only from Nepalganj to Hilsa, rest all Yatra is completed by road mode.

Accommodation provided by them upto taklakot is 4 star hotel with twin sharing, after that guesthouses on 5 sharing bases. overall good arrangement as per infrastructure available there. Pure veg is given to us during the whole Yatra.

We do 3 day mount kailash Parikrama by trek and completed comfortably. There is delay of 1 day becoz of weather and Yatra is completes in 10 days.

Overall this Yatra is best experience of our life which we never forget. Thanks Comfort My travel for this lovely experience.

It’s my dream to visit mt. Kailash but this tourism( comfort my travel) have jeopardized my dream. On 8th of April 2019, they asked me to to deposit $1500 immediately as an advance payment if I would like to join their trip for May. And I did it. They replied me the confirmation for my trip date shortly. And I prepared all the necessities required for my trip as been asked. Then they cancelled my trip few days before the trip saying my name has some issues with China embassy and they didn’t provide me permit. I was really sad and I had been told that they would refund my advance deposit money shortly. Ever since I’m waiting till date. They don’t make any communication and when I try to call their number, call center ladies are very rude, hangs up the call after few seconds while I’m still talking. I have just been informed that once China embassy would refund them my money then they would be able to return me but with no surety. In between 2 months before when I managed to call they asked me to join their September trip and I had to decline as I had already taken my one month leave on May for the trip. They have been confusing me a lot. I would say it’s hectic and better not to choose them for the trip.

Just managed to talk to them again, they clearly denied to refund any money now, claiming they had deposited my $1500 advanced deposit to Chinese embassy. It’s clearly mentioned in the terms that they will be depositing $300 for permit to Chinese embassy, and in case of cancellation from their side I would be refunded the rest amount and had told me same themselves too.

I would say it’s so easy for them to eat our hard earned money simply in the name of god. They are fraud!
I will really appreciate if someone reading this comment could help me out on fixing ‘COMFORT MY TRIP’🙏🏻
And for rest of peoples, please be aware of this kind of fraud because after showing all the legal documents of their tourism they had my money and it clearly shows they don’t care about their reputation after having the money!!!

Worst service as ever, regarding Mansarovar Yatra.
Many people returns from Nepal China border. And no claims can possible.

Goods, meals was send for single group of 42 persons but actually there was 3 groups of 96 persons.

After transferring of group no issues was entertain

Amazing spiritual spot in the world. Isolated, breathtaking and fascinating spiritual spot. It was a great trip. Comfort my travel made the trip experience so nice. The arrangement of all facilities was on point with best food facilities, flight arrangement, and accommodation etc for yatri were planned properly by them .I will personally recommend Comfort my travel for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
