Don't use them even if they pay you to.
I initiated a withdrawal 3 calendar weeks ago, and I am still waiting for it to be processed. Their excuses are many, but nothing reasonable. The CS just tells me to wait, and wait and assures me that my money is safe, just keep waiting. Until more recently, they seem to have stopped replying to my inquiries about my withdrawal.

Submitted 2 withdrawals one on the 12th and the other on the 13th. Was paid out for the withdrawal done on the 13th after 15 days or so and still yet to receive the other withdrawal. Terrible experience.

Submitted withdrawal on 16 Aug 21 and till date, have not received my monies. Has anyone experience same issue and reported it to MAS?

Singapore withdrawal took 20 working days and they mention its due to system migration.
While they loan your coin and earn interest on it
They set huge spreads as well for buy and sell.
Transaction fees are high too.

Money still not in after effecting the withdrawal 12 days ago and counting. Support service only mentioned that the withdrawal is confirmed without helping much otherwise. Would not put my money with them anymore. Looks like a scam.

I have been a victim of a cyberattack in my cryptocurrency account which I had with a Singapore cryptocurrency exchange by the name of Coinhako. This company was hit by a cyberattack in March and has done little to nothing to improve its cybersecurity measures. The company runs a substandard customer service centre in today's world and no one is reachable in case your account is hacked and all your savings are wiped out in a second. I find this appauling in todays SIngapore which is secure and in case some unfortunate circumstance happens is atleast able to get some support. I dont know if this is the case with all crypto exchange but I want to write my review on TP so Media can contact me so that I can alert the new users so that they are careful and choose the crypto exchanges which are dependable and not at the mercy of these tiny winy companies which are running at bare minimum manpower and are not able to live upto the financial secure status that SIngapore enjoys. I would like to give more details about the whole case and this is a tip off to unfold the crypto exchanges running in SIngapore. I also invite Coinhako to give comments on my story so that Singapore consumers are more aware about the services they can expect and not get scammed by a substandard operations.

why does it always hang when theres a huge increase in certain crpto or huge decrease , its really annoying , it has been like that for the longest time ,maybe something to do with the server , i cant even enter the damn app.. whats the point of investing my money when i want to take out profit but i cant cos it freaking hangs pls do something about it

Thankful to the people who has assisted in making my experience with coinhako a pleasant one. Whenever I send in my request to support, i get things rectified. I got my money back from them within 5 days working days.

Half the coins don't allow Deposit/Withdrawal. Wanted to send my 2982ADA out for staking. So the only plan is to swap to another coin, transfer out, and as soon as possible swap back to 2982ADA. TOOK 8 HOURS to transfer out. Used XRP as the mode of transfer, that is a SUPER FAST BLOCKCHAIN, but Coinhako only transfer out after 8 hours. by the time I swapped back to ADA I'm left with 2585ADA. not forgetting the swapping (ADA to XRP) of $50. This is the worst platform anyone can use.

Worst Trading Platform Experience Awards goes to CoinHako.

Transferring of Money still pending after 23 days, Notification in CoinHako says it will only take 3-5 days.

No Customer Support nor hotline to resolve dispute, I've email a couple times to dispute the issue, there was no response till today.

System crashes when market is volatile.

Why i'm writing this? In hopes they will return my money back to me which is still stuck pending.

Avoid this platform at all cost, unless you want be writing another bad review yourself. you are welcome.

I should read the reviews before using Coinhako. The transfer of fund is too slow. Is there another exchange that accept fiat?

DO NOT USE COINHAKO!!!!!! You’ve been WARNED!!! You will lose money and they have the worst customer service ever… withdrawal takes days/week to receive😬😬 app keeps on crashing every major trading volume👎👎👎👎 use Binance instead!

The app has consistently crashed every single time when there are drastic changes in price. Compared to their competitors, it clearly does not justify their 1% trading fees for such a lousy service.

Unreliable server and app! Very bad experience!

1) App cannot support during surge and locking us out of the account.

2) Bad customer service, basically there is only 2 CS rep for this entire app to support so many users. Be prepared to continuously emailing them as that’s the only source of support they provide in hope to get ur issue resolved. By the way, Coinhako team actually is still not responding to my email despite providing them all the necessary documentation they have not refund the money as they promised back to my bank since early April’21!

3) High transaction fees with bad services

Using Coinhako for 2 weeks now. I have accounts on other platforms as well. This is a review and suggestions to make platform better from my point of view (am 25 years in financial markets) Stating with pros-
1. Ease of opening account for residents- Singaporeans and Singapore residents can just use Singpass
2. Fees within market norms
3. Layout is simple and easy to use

Now on cons
1. No order system to place limit or stop loss orders. At very least have a limit order system so we can leave profit or initiating orders when we SLEEP
2. In a world of E-trading and any trading- time is of the essence. Fast transfer from banks takes hours - Transfer of coins blocked even after verification-
3. With reference to point 2- if we have issues and need help -it is to fill an online form and we get a reply saying it is being looked into. DO NOT expect a phone operator to help as well most things are supposedly done online - BUT at very very least - have a LIVE AGENT to help with certain critical issues (at very least) that is time sensitive - example -transfer (we transfer as need to do other off setting or initiating trades)
4. Offer some simple charting (simple bar or candle stick charts) at very least

Very frustrated,It’s not reliable not even have a phone number for customer service and the email customer service took forever to reply!!! Be prepare You will take few days to receive your deposit although they claim during business hour!!! U will never know when u will receive your money, deposit or not is up to them is not under your control and no reply from them this kind of business attitude cannot be trust !!! I will invest my money elsewhere with secure ,sorry to said that!!

Don't use coinhako. This is a warning advice. Whoever that claims it to be good is paid to write good reviews. The coy is a sham and only email response to limit issues. For losses and misleading interfaces, they will patronise you with lies. If you are buying ADA and BinanceCoin you cannot send or receive. Because, they are using your purchases to generate revenue to their pockets without giving you a dime.
