Everyone I had a really bad experience…

Everyone I had a really bad experience with Coinhako that left me feeling completely broken. I put all my money, two hundred and ninety-five thousand dollars into it. When I tried to take out just a little bit everything just stopped working. The only people who get any money from Coinhako are the ones they pay to help them, not the users like me. We get. Lose our money. I think most of the reviews about Coinhako are not real they are probably paid for or fake.

I have to say that the Coinhako app looks nice and it was easy to put my money in at first which makes it even worse that they did this to me. When I was feeling my worst and could not get any help from Coinhako another person who had an experience like me told me to talk to P·o·m·a advisory. I was not sure if I could trust them. They were really kind and helpful they did not make any promises they could not keep. They are the reason I can warn people about Coinhako now. And now I know what P·o·m·a advisory really means:

P is for people like me

O is for losing money

M is for money that just disappears

A is for no help

A is for nobody who can assist you

D is for days turning into weeks

V is for victims like me

I is for being lucky to get help

S is for someone who cared

O is for others who may not be

R is for remembering my story

Y is, for you because you can get help too.

Take a few minutes to find a platform that is honest. Coinhako is a scam do not use it.

BUY AGAIN IN USD AND SELL IN SGD?!!!! And pay EXORBITANT TRANSACTION FEES TWO MORE TIMES.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST JOKE OF THE CENTURY!!!!

Bitci Stack Asset paid the Bitcoin into…

Bitci Stack Asset paid the Bitcoin into my coinhako wallet address, so that part worked. However, withdrawing my earnings has been very difficult and frustrating. The process is slow with a lot of ID verification process. Access to funds is important in crypto, and this experience has been disappointing. Until withdrawals improve, I can't fully recommend it.

Based on my personal experience

Based on my personal experience, I would not feel comfortable investing here. I encountered significant issues, but fortunately, Qualified Legal Alliance Europe helped me recover my £47,000 promptly and without complications.”

I am facing the same issue now

I am facing the same issue now. Trying to withdraw BTC tokens worth 5 digits to my wallet. Asked to take selfie ID and paper. I took 2 times they said ID is blurry. I am using Independent Reserve its fast and good. This is first time I tried a big sum with coinhako and am disappointed. I hope it will be resolved soon, if not I will have to lodge a police report. I have other assets still with coinhako. Still trying to give them benefit of doubt but its like 4 hours now. The last time I tried independent reserve I purchased 40k of BTC and transferred to my wallet arrived in like 10 minutes. Now this coinhako behaviour is giving me some worries.

Edit: I sent them front and back of my NRIC. Now they ask to send a disclaimer to them. So seems there is some progress

So for those who have same issue like ID is blur, then send them your full ID so they can see clearly.

Poor quality on platform order execution speed (Buy/Sell)

Adding transaction history as proof: 4fb8265d-6882-401b-8db0-c5cb507a0388

I'm investing 5 figure sum (In SGD) on CoinHako and very often, buy/sell orders will not go through and will get stuck in que that requires MANUAL intervention.

It's very frustrating especially when the market is going down and you are helplessly watching by the side.

When it comes to crypto exchange (CEX) business, there's a red line you do not cross and that is making your customer lose money because of the quality of your platform and service.

Unfortunately in this case, CoinHako did just that.

Profit withdrawal too much hassle

Profit withdrawal used to take less than minutes to verify with screenshots as proof.

Today there's a need to upload video as proof that it's mine?

Do you think this is more about safety or Coinhako just delaying time to profit from crypto price difference?

Beware your money isn't safe.

When you got in and deposit money there was no problem as you used your bank account and they have your data But when you need to withdraw the verification will be overreaching putting you unable to use your funds. So beware. If you're scammed you should report to MAS Singapore to investigate them and revoke the operation doing business in Singapore.

Coinhako – A Masterclass in Inefficiency

Coinhako – A Masterclass in Inefficiency

If you’re looking for the slowest, most over-the-top verification process in crypto, congratulations — you’ve found it. Coinhako seems determined to turn every withdrawal into a bureaucratic nightmare. Want to move your own crypto? Be prepared to take a selfie with your ID like it’s 2010 and you’re begging for a loan.

This platform seems to have forgotten that the whole point of crypto is speed and autonomy. Instead, they drown users in redundant checks, questionable delays, and a complete lack of common sense. It’s almost like they want people to stop using their service.

At this rate, a shutdown or fund freeze wouldn’t be surprising. You’ve been warned.

My account was hacked into and I lost…

My account was hacked into and I lost all my coins.. when I emailed them they replied with a standard template which makes me think this has happened to alot of clients. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would suggest Coinbase and Gemini. Both accounts were hacked but my coins were secure.
