I have followed Coco Boo Loves on insta for quite some time, last year I purchased some boots online, they arrived so quick and were even better than expected. Poor quality
Lovely clothes but poor quality. Bought a white oversized shirt/dress from here last year for around £35ish and within an hour of wearing it one of the buttons literally just fell off. I was super careful and then another hour later another one fell off the sleeve cuff. Quite embarrassing when you’re out and about, and the shirt was far from being too tight for it to pop off. Not what you expect for the pricing. Lovely styles but over priced for the poor quality

I'm so sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with your order, I actually know which shirt you're referring to from a few seasons ago and we did have slight issues with the buttons on that particular style. The buttons on that shirt came in a heavy gold metal which meant they had to be sewn on loosely so as to avoid puckering on the fabric. Due to this we sent follow up emails at the time and asked customers to get in touch if they experienced any issues with the shirt offering to re-sew all the buttons back on free of charge. I'm sorry if you didn't receive this email at the time.
We do always try and rectify any issues that arise as quicky and efficiently as we possibly can and always work with our customers to help them have the best shopping experience.
I don't believe this particular style is reflective of the quality of our stock and hopefully if you choose to order from us again you will see this :)

Dodgy flares and broken zips
I brought a pair of blue high-waisted flares which kept slipping down despite me checking the sizing and getting the sizing that fits. The zip on the flares is terrible and keeps coming away and is so tiny and fiddly. I wore them once to work and had people commenting on the gapping zip and trying to wrestle it down to get the teeth aligned was horrible. I had to leave work and get a different pair of pants on my lunch break. I couldn't return them as I'd taken the tag off and it had surpassed the return date. It's really put me off shopping here again

Ordered once but stupidly put my details in wrong, emailed and it was quickly resolved. The quality of my bodysuits were lovely and very similar to another high street shops bodysuits but for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend
