Cannot recommend CBL highly enough. Their customer service is incredible, from the packaging and fast delivery to their customer care correspondence. More importantly, though, their garments are heaven; beautiful, great quality and exciting. CBL are a rare gem among the crowd of trend-echoing fast fashion clothing companies the internet is inundated with. So excited to see more from them in the future.

When my dress arrived one of the…
When my dress arrived one of the elastics in one of the Sleeves was broken and I needed the dress for a party the day after it arrived. That is why I paid for next day delivery so couldn’t return the dress as I had to repair it as I had nothing else to wear for the party.

In the unlikely event that this may happen, we always ask you contact us immediately (upon receipt of the item) and that the item be returned back to us. We will always cover these costs, unworn and still with tags. We will always work with customers to rectify any issues upon receipt of orders. We have replied to all your emails sent over the weekend in relation to this. I hope our responses have been received. We ask to allow 14 working days for refunds to hit your account. The return was received on the 22nd June, today is the 3rd July so this is just over a week ago, as we ask to allow up to 14 working days we are still well within the timeframe and we always work within this allocated time. In fact refunds are actually processed much quicker. We are a small family run business, we are not a 'sham' we treat all our customers fairly, kindly and like our friends. We have a returns policy in place which we make very clear prior to purchase, also once the return is received an email is sent that also explains the process and we respond to any email enquiries sent promptly. We are very very transparent. Many online retailers as to allow 14 working days as this is industry standard however we work well within this and all refunds are actioned asap. Please rest assured you refund will also fall within this time.

It seems that you was accidentally sent a wrong order which was completely our fault and done in absolute error. As soon as you notified us we did our everything to try and rectify this and of course offered to reimburse you the cost of return which was £8.95. I do honestly believe our team did everything to rectify this situation as promptly and efficiently as they could.

Refund Times JOKE
Ordered items to the value of just under £80,
T shirt was cheap material , dress was not even the same as the images, This is not the issue.. sent items back first class signed for which i paid for, i understand with being a small business and items were received 2nd June by the company. You then receive an email to say refunds CAN take up to 14 working days meaning the 22nd on June, Which is crazy to think a refund can take that long , I have never ever waited that long soon as an email is sent normally you get the refund 2-3 days later, We are now on the 15th June so technically we are 13 days after the items were received and still no refund, If you want to wait 3 weeks for a refund to be processed use this company.

Edit## refund was only sent yesterday apparently that’s 12 days after they received the parcel , basically they must just do all refunds at once and group them together. So god knows when the refund will clear at some point next week I guess which then we will be at at 20 days later painful , like I said if you don’t mind waiting weeks to be get your money back.. buy from here but I certainly won’t no wonder people shop at fast fashion instead of using these smaller boutiques the wait times are ridiculous
