If bed breaks down you are alone.
I bought a bed from them 8 years ago. Its a very nice bed and I was happy until recently one part sagged down. I reached out to them and they let me know there's no warranty so there's nothing they can do. I asked for a repair and they do not have it. So know that if the bed breaks down you are alone, its an expensive product and unfortunately we have to throw it away. Do not buy a matress from here, since throwing out a bed every some years is not sustainable.

We would like to provide some context. After reviewing your situation, we did offer you a solution and explained that the mattress had been used on a different bed base than the one we recommend. A stable, supportive base is essential for the performance and lifespan of any mattress, and this is clearly stated in our care instructions and terms. Using an unsuitable base can lead to sagging over time.
We also explained that mattresses made from layered latex and foam materials cannot be repaired. Repairs are only possible with certain pocket spring mattresses.
With the correct bed base and proper care, our mattresses are designed to provide many years of comfort and durability. While we understand your disappointment, we regret that we could not offer a different outcome in this case.
