For weeks I've tried to return one of my dresses that was not the one I ordered. They offered me $20 to just keep it. It is exhausting to see how many emails we have exchanged. I am now asked to send a photo of the incorrect dress to prove they sent the wrong one. Nothing fits consistently and they are not honest with their return policy.

I really like the dress, but it is SOOO long. Had to hire a lady to cut off almost 6 inches. The service of getting the dress was good.

The return process is extremely difficult and time consuming. You need an authorization to return and they email you to get you to keep the items you don’t want. I wish there was a phone number I could call to expedite the process but there is not. There are many online shops with easier return policies.

Loved my items! While 2 of the dresses didn’t fit, it was easy to return and reorder.

Dress was so long I will trip on it. Coacia doesn't want to exchange. First they offered me $11 then $21 for a $60 dress that I cannot wear.

Worst customer service ever. I requested a return and I was asked if I would accept a small amount and I could keep the dress. After explaining the dress was not what I expected and there was no reason for me to keep it, they offered me a small amount more. After going through this several times they finally gave me a return address after weeks of back and forth but no form or anything to complete to make the return official. I paid the postage snd sent it to the return address in Dubai almost two months ago. Today it had been returned back to me with no explanation. I would never buy anything from this company again.

dresses are trash material from China. The return policy is a joke. I can't get anyone to help me with sending my items back. Can't believe I got sucked into a Facebook ad.

The dresses arrived in a decent amount of time once I inquired about them.

Unfortunately the beautiful floral dress I purchased just hangs like a mumu. The fabric is very nice though.
The white top I bought with the blue anchor on it looks like a vinyl appliqué. I’m pretty sure that after washing it, the anchor will dry differently than the fabric and I’m concerned it will pucker.
In my last review I said I would purchase again, and I did, but I’m not sure I will again. 😞

Customer service and quality of items.

They lie about easy returns. They try to offer an amount for you to keep the dresses, but do not follow their 30 day policy on their site which is a lie to suck you in. The dresses wreak of petroleum. I got a rash. The sizing is completely off. Their sizing chart is not accurate. They tell everyone on FB the products are coming from the USA when in fact they are coming directly from China from my tracking info. I am so annoyed at myself that I got sucked in by their FB ad.

Products were as described and the shipment was timely.

The web sites lists "Easy Returns" prominently at the top of their home page. This is a lie. There is no automated return process. You are instructed to send an email to a service department. For the past 2 days, they have said they will refund a small fraction of the total cost of the items in exchange for me keeping the items. I have been very clear that I only want a full refund and want to send the items back. Don't use this company!

The website was easy to shop, I like the pictures with the reviews that note size with height and weight. That was very helpful! I remember reading that the materials are recycled but was still surprised when I received them one dress felt very thin and reminded me of a cheap reusable shopping bag. Another dress looks absolutely denim in the posted photo but I did not get a denim dress it is just a solid baby blue material.

Found three dresses for our upcoming cruise - all true to size and only was a different fabric then expected and fit a little weird (teal let’s have fun dress) ordered and received in less than two weeks. Thank you!

I absolutely love all 3 dresses. I am 167 cms and 69 kilo and size medium are perfect. Delivery was slow again but I expected this as it’s the second time I have ordered and taken many weeks to arrive. So the communications could be better.
I have another 3 dresses in my ‘cart’ already!
