Dicuss with them what you're looking help with

They are a community group that helps people that have health problems. I need most help with cleaning my flat as I have mobitily problems. They come in as a crew, you need to commuicate with them as they will bin everything that you hold precious. My experience although some were talking with me that didn't ask me what I was keeping or not keeping throughout their service. I can't be in every room to watch what they are doing. To improve they need to talk to their clients more instead of making their clients more depressed.
