They messaged back and did the custom things I wanted while saving me some extra money and not just charging the same that was listed so they were honest the computer runs great and when you contact they reach out quickly

Father and son family business. Great people with great customer service. They hold everything to high standards and handle with care. I got to meet one of them who personally delivered my pc due to expensive components and there super nice people and care a lot about what there doing ! 5 STARS!!

I bought a custom 5090 rig from them because I have been watching their videos and have seen what they are about. I appreciate that it’s a father and son duo who created a business and love their craft. I had some questions on start up and it might have took a few days but Jake did not hesitate to call and walk me through my concerns. He also offered if I had any another questions to reach out. Very happy customer.

Clutch computers is a real company that make real deals , I bought a drogon elite and it runs all of my favourite games as advertised and has surprising performance! Honestly the computer is a 5 star but the shop tracking app was at times buggy leading to some misunderstandings but although clutch computers came in clutch!

Great friendly service, the people there are so thoughtful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and even gave me advice on what I was looking for within my budget. My computer was packaged very securely in shipping and was fast shipping too.

Just came back from deployment and this PC works great. Does everything I want and I have all my games to max settings. No problems so far and it’s a wonderful experience having a 5090

cheaply built PC awful customer service. My PC was nice for the first month than has went to shit and I can't even get a reply back from their email or tiktok and they sit here and advertise that they have the best customer service

So far not so good. I have emailed them and have not gotten a response. I emailed them again today to see what happens. The order is stuck on preparing shift after spending $945.00 I would like to speak to a human on the status of my son's order. I could have walked into Best Buy and got a gaming pc already built but my son wanted to try them. You need to improve communication because I am currently not happy and feel like I've been scammed out of $945.00

Based on these reviews it's very concerning that they are claiming they respond fast we emailed them 5 days ago no response. Mind you that was the second email the first one took 3 days with a response stating a 10 business build time. They're site doesn't state the build time. So no there not fast at shipping unless they have them already made. We have been waiting Since Dec 22nd for our sons PC. There needs to be a better explanation when there advertising to explain that they take almost a month.(other reviews from other sites). So we decided we will wait til tomorrow if shipping or a email does not show up we're asking for our money back and canceling.

Great costumer service. For 2 guys in a big company, they always reply fast. I’ve never experienced better customer service before if I’m being honest. Great work!
