Myself and my husband went into Clark's, Halifax West yorkshire today. We were helped with a very nice lady called Sam. Who measured my husband's feet and helped him try on different shoes. We are both pensioners and couldn't ask for a better service. Nothing was to much trouble. A happy couple thankyou Sam. 😊

Went into clarks in colchester to get some shoes. Was approached by a lady called Sally and she was very helpful. Only had one pair left but they were slightly different colour not a problem she said we will order you in a new pair. Nothing was to much trouble would definitely shop there again. I hope all the staff are like Sally a credit to your company.

My daughter took me to Clark store, it was my birthday treat and my daughter getting me a nice pair of shoe. Nothing was too much trouble with gentlemen , with the help of his assistant, running back and forth from the stock room suggesting alternative, in the end, we went for browse desert boots, in a nice dark brown. I really liking it.

I had a wonderful experience shopping today. Was leaving the store in Liverpool having not seen anything that suited. I was approached by Patricia who said there was loads of stock if I searched the store Ipad! I left delighted with 2 pairs of boots! Patricia was so helpful and couldn't have been more pleasant. A wonderful shopping experience. Thank you Patricia!

Went to my local Clark’s shop today with my daughters school shoes which she had in September. They have already worn out on one side of the heel and the leather is coming away at the front of both shoes. She only wears them 3 days a week, so far less than the 700 hours use Clark’s suggest as a minimum.
Shop assistant was adamant this was acceptable wear and tear telling me that it depends on the shoe and that particular style doesn’t last very long! They don’t mention that when you buy them! Rubbish shoes, terrible quality, definitely not what they used to be. Might as well buy supermarket shoes. Very disappointed.

Jamie was extremely helpful and efficient. He showed me all the shoes they had in the shop in my chosen style, size and width. Service with a smile 😃!

Just bought a pair of shoes for my 2 year old grandson in the Carmarthen branch. Served by a lovely young lady named Elan whose smile and personality calmed my crying grandson and he loved his new dinosaur shoes . Top service 😄

Just changed a new pair of shoes, purchased online, at the York Monks Cross Shopping Centre Clarks shop.
Absolutely brilliant and very friendly service from the shop assistant call Lorraine.
Could not be bettered.

Clarks in the Bullring Birmingham very rude assistant Lovepreet as I was trying to return faulty shoes he wouldn’t even listen while I explained the problem just kept saying we are not refunding I never asked for a refund I wanted a replacement I will try head office but from the reviews it looks like I’m wasting my time

I had a great shopping experience in Huddersfield clarks kath asked me what it was I was looking for … I explained what it was and that I could t see anything .. so she went in to the stockroom and brought 3 pairs and one of them was exactly what I wanted . Thanks kath you always sort me out 😊

In the Carmarthen store, Catherine served us and she was more than helpful in giving advice on sizing and the various styles available.

Went into the Middlebrook, Bolton store with my elderly mum. Was served by Karen. Mums feet are narrow but swell at times and she is bad on her feet. Karen had the patience of a Saint having nearly got half the shop out for mum to try. Most were unsuitable but Karen wanted to ensure they fit right. She eventually got a pair of youth shoes and they are perfect. So much so she wants another pair. Thank you Karen

Clarks shoes as a company is going down hill rapidly I am a size 10 Mens but now get sent a 10G which definitely appear and fit wider than my normal size on going back to shop I was informed that size G is standard size and basically sent packing so on returning home looked on line to find according to Clark’s online site a F is standard a G is a wider fit tried to confirm this with customer services over phone but gave up waiting would advise people to start using other shoe manufacturers as Clark’s shoes as a company are deteriorating fast.

Clarks in edge lane Liverpool. Assistant Nadia was so very helpful. My husband , disabled and brain injury! She carefully measured his feet and told us to take as much time as was needed. Lovely experience and will definitely go again 👍🏻👍🏻

Bought shoes at Clarks in Carmarthen. Normally, I hate shoe shopping as I can never make up my mind and inevitably suffer buyer's remorse when I get home with my purchase.

Catherine, in the Carmarthen shop, was cheerful and helpful, making the whole experience less of an ordeal. Having got home I'm still pleased with my shoes, (even though I spent more than I'd planned).

Rachel and Sarah at Carmarthen were lovely, and very helpful. They deserve their doughnuts ! There would have been 5 stars had they have had any shoes in my size of 3 to 3.5. Clarks take note - we don't all have average sized feet and it would be nice to be able to walk into a shop and be able to immediately have shoes without having to order them

I would have given one star. Delivery delayed. No response from delivery company. Waited for ever on a call to Clarks after finding out their chat bot wasn’t working and there was a 72 hour wait for message replies. Linda B turned the situation round. Professional and helpful. She organised for another pair of shoes to be sent next day delivery and refunded me. She was helpful and polite. I would give Linda five stars. Thank you.

They have all the excuses under the sun to delay any refunds. Eventually had to serve them a legal notice to get my money back which took 8 months.

i would give no stars if available, while i get back to school and how busy it is that's not my complaint. in the metro centre yesterday, it was very busy we got our ticket and waited, i have a bad foot and there was no seats left so i pulled a black stool that was not been used, and sat on that.
as i stood up to get some shoes my granddaughter liked, ready for our turn, i checked behind me and the stool was still there, so as i went to sit back down a member of staff pulled the stool away causing me to fall on the floor and smash my head on the stand, she had no idea what she had done until my husband started say are you stupid why did you move the stool, she said are you ok and went to see a manager, who by the way i am still yet to see, until walking out the door when she said did you get sorted and is the baby ok in turn i said it was not my granddaughter that was hurt it was me she said would you like to fill out the accident book out and i said no i just want to get home.
i feel like as long as my money was in the till they did not give a dame, i have now had 24 hour to reflect on this before leaving this review.
while i have a very large lump on my head and not had a good sleep due to this.
i feel very let down, i have been buying Clarks shoes for over 30 years but i will not be going there again
