Isobel in the Peterborough store was excellent with advice on shoes for my teenager who has very slim feet. We were seen quickly, she showed us a variety of styles that were suitable.

Louis at Cardiff city center branch helped us yesterday, she was extremely patient with my daughter’s requests. Very pleased with the service. We ended up buying what my daughter was very happy with. Highly recommend!

We came in to get some new trainers and school trainers for our daughter. We were looked after by Lesley (may have the spelling wrong) she was patient, kind, willing to help and found alternatives for shoes which were not in stock. She made my daughter feel comfortable with the whole process, when she can usually feel very nervous. Great customer service

Excellent customer service for my daughter’s first pair of shoes. Jackie fitted them with the help of Lesley who checked they were 100% correct for her! Katie and Debbie were great too as they made my daughter smile when taking the photographs. I couldn’t recommend the staff anymore. Brilliant experience and we’ll definitely be back 😊

Very well organised today as it was extremely busy. My daughter had her feet measured in a separate designated area outside the store to avoid over-crowding and she was seen quickly. We barely waited 5 minutes to be seen. Very quick and through service to check fit. Ten out of ten for organisation and effort and politeness of staff member Aaron. Thanks!

We had an appointment for a child’s shoe fitting. We were served by Steph who was really friendly and really helpful.

Had booked a 12pm fitting but the girl at desk said we could just grab a ticket.
The girl who was assigned to help us, Leah, was so patient and helpful and really appreciated how she didn’t make us feel rushed.

Issy at Clarks in Whiteley was brilliant with my daughter and very supportive. She made what could have been a very painful school shoe purchasing experience really smooth and I highly recommend her and her manager. Clarks was busy and my daughter (who has SEND needs) can really struggle with trying on shoes so having someone patient, kind and also thorough really made a difference. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Such a lovely helpful young lady. Not at all pushy, helped measure and fit my nieces new school shoes and trainers too!
She let my niece have her very own shopping experience, showing Jaya what she’s she had seen and liked and had a chat with her like she was “ all grown up” which made her day!

Would definitely recommend Jaya and the store if all staff are as lovely as Jaya. She is a credit to the store with such amazing customer service skills at such a young age! Very polite and well mannered. Thank you Jaya 🫶🏻

Jocelyn at the Cwmbran store was brilliant with the kids and was helpful and attentive. I’ve only dropped a star because they didnt have the shoe my son wanted to try on in his size but to be fair; the children’s section was packed with it being a week before school so that may be a little unfair of me.

What can I say but amazing customer service from Ettie in The Yeovil store. I was impressed with her knowledge of the products, only to then see that she was only a temp! I did end up buying a product.

Went to Clarks Hereford for my son's school shoes. Holly made my son feel grown up and in total control of his own choices. She was polite and knowledgeable. Thank you for a stress free visit.

As soon as me and my daughter walked in we had a friendly welcome to head upstairs. We didn’t wait too long even though it was a little bit busy. We had the pleasure of being assisted by mimi. She was lovely and friendly and was very helpful in finding the right school shoes for my daughter.
