We were served by Angela in your Belfast store today. She measured my daughter’s feet and helped pick the perfect school shoes. She was very helpful and overall just lovely. Thank you Angela

Poor customer service from the manager himself(Saif), as a manager you are expected to be professional and speaking in a certain ways to your customers,when my mom spoke to him asking a simple question, he started laughing directly in front of her and saying "aunty i'll get intro trouble, then walked off without answering the query properly", very unprofessional behaviour, which isn't what you expect from an individual who is considered a manager, his attitude is poor and very arrogant, thinking he's on top of the world because he's the manager. The staff their are very rude and dismissive and try ignoring you and don't really bother to help, only happy when they make money through the counter. Whilst my mom asks questions, he is just busy away texting on his phone, what kind of behaviour is this from the manager himself? feel like they need to appoint someone a bit more professional at this store.

I came with my 13yr old NV Autistic daughter and my 10 yr old ADHD daughter.
Chloe had the patience of a saint and was so kind and helpful.
It can be so difficult shopping but this was a pleasure.

I went into the Clarks Grafton St Dublin store for a quick look on my way to get a bus home, just to fill a few minutes.
I immediately took a stunning animal print shoe off the shelf to try it on in the mirror, and another customer instantly complimented them, then Marine came over and said she loved them too. Marine quickly got me the pair and talked me through the extra cushioning and comfort in this style, and complimented my own Wallabees. She was so easy to talk to and brought me out a different pair I liked as well. We both agreed the first pair were perfect. We chatted about shoes, and also my time working in Clarks years ago. Gerry was also great craic, and everyone was so complimentary about my style, I didn’t want to leave. No one felt overbearing or fake, just effortlessly good vibes.
What a gorgeous, gorgeous team in the Grafton St store and I am utterly obsessed with my new Torhill Bee’s!!

Michelle was a star and help my 78 year old mum find shoes to fit specialist insoles. Mum was made up with her trendy trainers.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes on Tuesday for next day delivery on Wednesday. I still have not recieved my order nor have I had a update why it was not delivered and still no delivery for today. Very poor service. Phoned Clarks customer service who advised they cant do anything until Evri gets back to them so not much point in ringing them to resolve.

Have been served by Helen several times. Always find her knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly recommend Telford Clarks

We were assisted by Steph for the purchase of our daughter’s first shoes. She was really kind and helpful and made it a very straightforward and easy process

No customer service. Inability to even try to resolve an issue. Will not be purchasing from this company again

I signed up for the email newsletter to receive the advertised £10 discount. After waiting several weeks, the discount code finally arrived. I found a pair of sandals, added them to my basket, applied the code and proceeded to checkout, only to be told they were out of stock.

To make matters worse, despite receiving daily emails promoting “up to 50% off sandals”, there was barely any choice available. In fact, I could only find one sale item, and it wasn’t remotely appealing.

Overall, the whole experience was frustrating, poorly managed and felt like a complete shambles

Chloe in Chelmsford was very helpful. She investigated all the options that did result in me being able to buy a pair of shoes that both match my foot width and my high instep.
