Had amazing service form a lovely young girl named Sarah! What a delight she was so lovely helping me find my shoes size and was very patient ☺️

After having my daughter measured by 3 other shoe shops and having no luck with a correct fit, I came to Clark’s in Selly Oak where Maria was absolutely brilliant - so knowledgeable, honest and helpful.
Maria took her time to measure my daughter and listened to the difficulties we’d had elsewhere. She explained why she thought we’d had the problems and said she would do her best to ensure my daughter was able to find a pair of shoes ready to start secondary school.
Maria was friendly and reassuring throughout and talked directly to my daughter about why the correct fit is so important.
We had success and my daughter was delighted when she got home and tried her shoes on with her new school uniform - they are perfect in fit and also look great too!
Thank you to Maria for excellent customer service - we would certainly recommend the store based on our experience.

We had such a lovely experience at Clarks Stratford Westfield, thanks to Ismail! He helped us find the perfect shoe sizes for both my 7-year-old and 10-month-old daughters. He was extremely polite, courteous and genuinely helpful throughout.

Even though the shop was quite chaotic and busy, he gave us plenty of time and attention and we never felt rushed. He actively went looking for the right sizes, and when the exact sizes weren’t available, he helped us find the next best option. We really appreciated the effort he made to make sure we left with something suitable.

He was also so playful and lovely with my baby, which made the whole experience even nicer. Fantastic customer service — thank you, Ismail!

I visited Clark’s Eastbourne in East Sussex with my 7yr old Autistic Grandson for new school shoes.
Although we booked an appointment the store was very busy.
I had a quiet word in Jacks ear who was measuring, telling him about my Grandson.
Jack was amazing with him and spoke to him clearly and with such understanding and empathy.
Anya who then found the correct size and fit was also so understanding.
Both were young employees who totally got my Grandson and made what could have been a traumatic experience, positive and fun.

One of the best Clarks experiences I’ve had in my life and this was mainly down to the young man who served me named Jeff at the Wolverhampton store. Jeff was persistent and constantly providing excellent recommendations for my 9 year old daughter and we left the store thoroughly pleased. This young man will go right to the very top

Carmarthen store. Even though didn’t have an appt was seen straight away by Macsen (who looks like Steve Irwin’s son) was very surprised he knew what he was talking about and was great with my daughter fitting shoes and even up sold me extra product. Also had chat with Sarah who was also nice. Come on Clark’s bring back more stores and more choice in teen shoes. Your colleagues aren’t letting you down invest in the company.

I visited Clarks on Kingsheath High Street yesterday and had a fantastic experience with Kaz. She was very helpful and made sure I left the store with shoes that I liked in the right size. Her advise was appreciated as she explained how the leather would stretch over time which helped me in choosing a more comfortable size. Overall, the service was excellent, quick, and I'd highly recommend this store to anyone that is looking for school or work shoes or even just need their feet measured to know their shoe size.

Excellent Customer Service from Harneet at Clarks Uxbridge

I would like to give a special mention to Harneet at the Clarks Uxbridge branch for the exceptional customer service she provided.

She went completely out of her way to help me find the right shoes for my daughter. My daughter was not the easiest customer on the day, but Harneet remained incredibly calm, patient and supportive throughout. She never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable and continued to do everything she could to help us.

Her kindness, patience and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience into a really positive one. She is a fantastic representative of Clarks and a real asset to the team.

If Clarks has an Exemplary Staff Award or any form of employee recognition, I would wholeheartedly recommend Harneet for it. She truly deserves to be recognised for the way she went above and beyond to help us.

We decided today was the day to do our dreaded back to school shop. Went to Telford town centre Clarks for shoes with two very difficult tweens. Glen served us and was so helpful and friendly which helped ease the awkwardness from my girls. He even managed to make my eldest laugh which deserves a medal. Glen couldn’t do enough for us which meant we left with two happy girls. Glen is a credit to Clarks.

When I visited Clarks in Swansea's Quadrant centre on Sunday 23rd od August, I was immediately greated by a friendly member of staff who asked did I need any help today. I explained the reasons for my visit and immediately she asked me to take a seat and explained someone would attend to me in a moment.
Soon enough a friendly sales assistant called Sabrina came to help us. She was very attentive to my needs, listening really well to what type of shoes we required and the budget we had. Firstly Sabrina checked the size of my 5 year olds feet to get an accurate measurement. She then gave advice as to what size we should get and what to consider to allow for growth in my 5 year olds feet, obviously this would ensure that we would have the maximum use out of the shoes until it was time to purchase a new size.

We did have to try on several pairs, of slightly different sizes of both length and width shoes to eventually find three pairs that suited our needs and I have to say, this was not a problem to Sabrina, she was extremely patient and attentive throughout the task and made our experience a very positive and relaxed experience.

We were supported hugely by Diane in the Yeovil branch today. She understood my child's additional needs, was patient, kind and caring and made the whole experience so much easier for me as a parent and my daughter too. Thank you Diane.

Sammy was very patient with my energetic 5 year old and helped me get him his new shoes for school and trainers!
