Our sales person Rachel was so helpful and patient while we tried multiple styles. She also gave some great (much needed) style advice to help us decide which pairs to purchase. We will shop here again!

Visited Bath store yesterday and was served by Freya. She was so good with my granddaughter who went for her first pair of school shoes.

I was looking for back to school shoes for my son, and ‘Gerry’ on Grafton street was really helpful. He went to the storeroom and got all suitable shoes for me while I did another errand. He listened to what I needed, gave great advice & was extremely courteous.

I made an order for a Black Nubuck, Torhill Mule, worth £32 and never received it. It was delivered by Evri but everything showed that it was not delivered to my address. As soon as I received the notification of delivery I quickly rushed to my front door and it was not there. I went around my house but didn't find it. I quickly made a complaint to Evri who directed me to Clarks but all that they will tell me was "We are sorry, there's nothing we can do" because it was delivered to your address. Meanwhile, I showed them the proof of delivery which didn't show my address but a floor which is not familiar to my address. They still ignored my complaint and hanged up on me. I am very sad for losing £32 for nothing. I hope you correct your wicked ways of service. This is shameful

Lovely staff, especially Emma who looked after us. Swift and efficient and helpful. She offered us some great advice about sizes and the shoe size we needed was in stock which was a bonus so no need to order.

I’ve bought from Clarks Surrey Quays many times, and I’ve always had a great experience. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, and patient.

On my most recent visit, Maria was especially helpful in finding a pair of summer shoes for my six-month-old. As it was my first time buying shoes for my baby, I had no idea what would be suitable for his age. Maria took the time to explain what would be right and what might not be suitable, which was incredibly helpful.

Really appreciate the excellent customer service and patience. Thank you, Maria, and the whole team at Clarks Surrey Quays! Highly recommended.

Callum and the store manager at Norwich Riverside Store were exceptional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Callum was great with my daughter, myself and my Mum, so helpful. They even stayed after the shop had closed to finish serving us. It was a pleasure to shop in the store. In the words of Craig Revell-Horwood 'FABULOUS'!

I took my daughter to the Bedford store to get her feet measured ready for school shoes. The assistant Jurgita was very helpful, she checked the shoes fitted correctly and advised on care products for the shoes and bought out lots of options for trainers and shoes.

Danish was lovely, very helpful and patient with my 2 kids. He made sure we found everything we needed and provided us with lots of options if our size was unavailable.

Lulu was a brilliant shop assistant she was incredibly helpful and patient when helping my children try on thier shoes.

I would like to share some very positive feedback about my recent experience at the Clarks Stratford Westfield store, particularly regarding a member of staff named Jariya B.

It had been an incredibly difficult and overwhelming day. I had visited several Clarks shoe shops because I was struggling to find the right shoes for my daughter. I had also only just discovered that she had gone up to a size 9, which made finding a suitable and comfortable pair even more challenging.

When I came into the Stratford Westfield store, Jariya was incredibly attentive, helpful and polite. She immediately put me at ease and reassured me that we would hopefully be able to find something suitable. At a point when I was feeling quite flustered and overwhelmed, her kindness and willingness to help genuinely felt like a light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks to her patience and assistance, my daughter and I left the store with a pair of shoes that my daughter absolutely loved and, most importantly, fitted her really well.

I just wanted to take the time to say a huge thank you to Jariya. Her customer service, kindness and reassuring manner made such a difference to what had otherwise been a very difficult day. She is a real credit to Clarks, and I hope her efforts are recognised and appreciated.

Thank you again, Jariya, for making a stressful experience so much easier for both me and my daughter.

An absolute breath of fresh air! 10/10 service. 🌟I recently visited the Clarks store in PE19 2AR, and the team completely blew me away. The energy in this store is phenomenal—everyone was smiling, working together seamlessly, and genuinely happy to be there. I knew what I wanted and bought my first pair in-store, then placed a postal order for my second round of retail therapy!A massive shoutout to Val, who looked after me perfectly. Her colleagues were equally wonderful, openly sharing how much they love working there and their true commitment to customers. It is so refreshing to see people just being themselves and enjoying their work in our busy world.
