Lovely guys. Really into watches.

Fantastic Service

A very professional and faultless service received from start to finish. I contacted Chronotrade with a few questions regarding a watch I had seen on the site. Received a speedy response with lots of great advice and information about the watch in question. I ordered the watch and was impressed to receive updates at each stage of the process.
I went into store to collect the watch and again received excellent and attentive service. I was given time and space to look at the watch and try it on, to ensure I was confident that this was the right piece for me. Chris showed me how to adjust the watch and ensured I was 100% happy with the sizing etc. He also talked me through the documents that came with the watch and advised on aftercare and insurance etc.
I am over the moon with my purchase and really cannot recommend Chronotrade enough! I have already recommended to friends and family! Fantastic service- Thank you!
