Very bad service, I booked a hero electric cycle from ChooseMyBicycle.com and My friend booked via flip cart and he received the next day. To my surprise it was fitted bicycle sent by flip cart.
I received from ChooseMyBicycle.com after 15 days also in fitted state.
So you guys decide where to buy.

CMB is quite an informative portal for cycling. Its user interface is simple where information gathering and purchase takes place at convenience. I purchased Giant ATX 2021 model and quite content with its services even though the COVID situation affected them adversely. Based upon my personal experience, CMB should by some means integrate themselves directly with the OEMs, as currently it isn’t the case, which might result in teething issues in effecting CMB’s transactional responsibilities. Still, I recommend to use CMB for making an informed decision for bicycle purchase.

I had purchased two bicycle form choosemybicycle one is Road and another one was hybrid.
Customer care is helpful and active in giving quick reply on all the my quires and doubts and help me for my purchase.

I didn’t expect this much thorough packing nd delivery to home door itself, I was thinking may b I vl have to travel to the district head quarters to collect it as I stay in remote place from district centre (22km). not even a single damage to bicycle while transit, nd it was 80-85% assembled, hardly broke sweat to make bicycle ready for ride. Nd very happy vth the product also. Nd one more thing, I was searching for hybrid geared cycle, nd I almost waited for 3 months for Firefox rapide, but showed no signs of availability, when contacted the Choosemybicycle team they responded nd they used to update me on available options in hybrid cycles, finally I zeroed in on arkbyk, Pretty decent vehicle nd very much value for money as I took in Republic Day sale, nd none other platform was delivering the cycles during corona times, so very thankful to the team.

Bought a Firefox road runner pro d from the website. Happy with product. All major installation was done by their team. Only handle bar and pedal need to fit by me. At that time my pedal was not fit it into the crank arm. When I reported the issue they have sent me the original crank arm with support of Firefox at free of cost. They have best team to support client.

Advise to buyers.
They will only sent product after their quality check. But there will be a 1% chance of a mistake, so record a non stop video of unboxing of your bicycle . If any problem with the product.,Then you can prove it is their fault with the video footage. In my case I was unable to prove it is their mistake . So I have to accept that was my mistake but they really amazed me by giving the original part at free of cost

At first, like everyone I had a confusion in selection. But, when I heard about ChooseMyBicycle, I had researched alot for around 3 months.

After going through so many filtration process. I choose my ride “WaltX Dune 4” and I an happy now.

The sites provides all the description and all the prior reviews. So much impressed in the service.

Finally I bought the ride and its being 6 months and I am happy, fully satisfied.

Only con is:
When I got the ride, the gear ia not tuned.

Except that, ChooseMyBicycle and WaltX is so great.

Took almost 3 months to receive Triad X4 which I bought in a pre-order transaction on their website. The founders need to review the pre-order concept as it can hurt the brand negatively. I had made a big mistake and wanted to tear into the CMB team and ask for refund. This period was agonising as I traced the founders via social media and started pursuing with one of them until I received the bike. Their helpline number and mailbox can only give scripted responses. The founder member was prompt with calls and emails. Ended up buying one more bike from CMB. Triad X4 is an average hybrid bike but a good bargain for the price. The second one is X2 Cross.

Purchased WaltX Trak-3 in November 2020, it was a good experience during purchase. Received the bicycle within 15 days, nicely packed and door step delivered. Have been riding this bicycle for about 5 - 6 months. I use this bicycle for my daily commute of about 32 km. Quite satisfied with the performance of the bicycle till date and suitable for city commute and weekend joy ride. Though there is slight sluggishness in the front derailleur however that is manageable. Moreover the response form the CMB team is prompt and always there to help regarding any issues. So far a good experience with the team and also with the bicycle.

I bought the Triad M7 from CMB and it has been a great experience. Triad being a new brand i had a lot of questions regarding their cycles and CMB was able to clarify every point and give me better clarity to make my decision. I received the cycle in 6 days and the unboxing experience was terrific. All i had to do was take the cycle out of the box and straighten the handle and fix the pedals and i just rode away. In these troubled times of covid CMB have done a fabulous job in giving us a complete range of cycles to chose from and compare them too. Pls go ahead and make ur purchase. U wont regret it.

I have bought two bicycles from CMB. I was satisfied with their customer service and willingness to rectify an issue with the order. They explored a number of options and I was pleased with the experience. They were great all the way from ordering to shipping. The packaging was good and on-time delivery. I would definitely order my next bicycle from them.

Got delivery in 3 days from ordering and satisifed with the product with customisation (extra bells, mud guard) as requested. Good customer service. But carrier is not available in stock. Have to separately buy it.

I had ordered Triad M7 and it arrived in good condition. But, it was not 'ready to ride'. The front derailleur was not changing gears. But I looked at some youtube videos and solved the issue myself. Apart from that, CMB took Rs. 899 as handling cost but when my parcel arrived through Gati delivery service, they said that they won't deliver it to our doorstep in the alley, nearly 30m from the road and if they had to, they would charge extra. So I, with the help of my father had to carry the package home. Apart from these, the cycle is excellent with no defects. I'm from Howrah and I'm happy with my purchase and i think 4 stars is a justified rating.

I am 56 yrs old and was to bicycle again after nearly 35 yrs. While browsing the web, i came across ChooseMyBicycle. I found them quite professional and after initial discussions with Mr. Anish, I ordered Waltx Trak3 and due to Covid19, received the delivery late. Of course this was told to me while booking itself. I would like to thank Mr. Anish, who patiently listened to all my doubts and queries and was available on phone as well email for any clarification. Appreciation to his team as well.
The bicycle was beautifully packed to insure a scratch less delivery. My bicycle has been performing very well and I am in love with her. Thanks Choose My Bicycle... all the very best

Ordered Triad M7 on 6th May got delivered on 13 May. Packaging was excellent, Product was in scratch less condition. Free Accessories were present as promised.. Good customer support by Mr Jaya Krishna (choose my bicycle). M7 is worth every penny, Smooth gearing, Good hydraulic brakes at 3 finger press, light weight frame. Only this missing is Seat had to be Gel cushioned.. Overall rating 4.5*..

Got the delivery in 5days and as said 99% assembled only pedals need to fit and handle bar needs to tighten up.. and all this is in lockdown
And the service team is very responsive

pathetic and useless service. I have purchased a brand new 91meraki from them and upon delivery it turned out to be defective has the pedal assist was not working and also the seat was defective. when I called up the CMB customer service they didn't even try listen to me patiently all they simply said was just drop a mail.
Its always better to buy from a local dealer, he would give a better service also the pricing on CMB is almost 2000 rs expensive than buying from a local store.
Don't go by their professional looking website the service what they provide after sales is third class.

Recently ordered Triad X2 cycle from them. It was delivered within the promised time and was packed very professionally. Would definitely recommend their portal to buy cycles.
