Wonderful experience in getting my wrong charge issue resolved. The team was professional in addressing my issue. Once sorted the refund was processed promptly as well. Will definitely consider them for my future cycling needs.

I was on the hunt for a hybrid bike and after conducting thorough research online, I came across ChooseMyBicycle. It is a one-stop destination for all types of bikes and components available in the market. The name ChooseMyBicycle stands true to its promise, as it allows users to narrow down their search using various filters to "choose" their bike.

The best part about ChooseMyBicycle is that it provides 99% assembled bikes that come in secure packaging. All you have to do is unbox the bike, attach the pedals and straighten the handle. Additionally, all the accessories are pre-assembled on the bike, such as the stand, bottle cage, reflectors, mudguards, etc.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Abbishek, who was able to answer all my questions and help me complete the purchase. I highly recommend ChooseMyBicycle to anyone who is looking to buy a bike.

Got cheated

Have ordered triad x2 cross from choosemybicycle.com
It was clearly mentioned on their site that there is no processing fee on no cost emi. But when I received my statement from my bank ,I was charged with 199/- processing fee. I contacted bank , they said that it is the CMB that imposed the fee.
Feeling cheated,bad experience.

I had placed an order for triad X2 on…

I had placed an order for triad X2 on 18th of March 2023. I had been tracking the order & it has been showing reached destination of nearby city as on 20.03.2023. today it's 25.03.2023 & still the product has not been delivered. Tried to contact choosemy bicycle customer support several several times but only computer generated msgs are broadcasted. Worst shopping experience. Had I known before it , I would have ordered my product from Flipkart or Amazon & they would have definitely definitely delivered the product on time & customer support on those portal are truly trust worthy. Shame on choosemybicycle. One star ⭐ from me out of 1000 star ✨.

Very worst experience

i bought Triad x2 cross. i am sorry to say this is really the very worst shopping experience. Totally disappointed by the executive and the way of taking it, very very rude, when I asked, she is telling me this is my way of her talk. I never recommend it to my friends.

I had a great experience buying but…

I had a great experience buying but noticed that the freewheel wasn't running free. contacted the support and within a day got contacted by Vishnu who was very understanding and Willing to fix it free of cost. took the bicycle to the place he wanted and got it fixed in under 30 mins. overall great experience

Damage Product

I purchased a Merida bicycle. And I got it with a paint damage on the pedal arm and when I raised an issue about it. I was told it wont effect the performance of the bike so I can continue cycling. They take hours for one reply.

Please skip buying from this site, very bad service.

Waltx Spark 7 repaired by the compny with no extra cost.

Hi I am Anup Bera from WB. I had purchased waltx Spark 7. After 3 months motor and light not worked properly. So I contacted to Customer support. They suggested to hand over the cycle to inspect. I handed over the cycle to Gati courier & received the fully serviced cycle on 09.02.2022 with no extraa cost. Thanks a lot.

I order a cycle

I order a cycle, payment was done but no confirmation of order. both the support phone numbers not working, no response for emails. I am surprised by the positive reviews by other customers, and not sure if it's just me having this experience or CMB has fake reviews.

Excellent post sales service

I bought Nuze S1 from CMB. I was really impressed by the delivery experience. The bike was delivered in excellent condition. While using the bike for 3-4 months, the battery developed some fault, the battery was picked and replaced promptly. Good after sales service.

After sale customer support and service is pathetic

After sales service is pathetic. No satisfied answers and solutions. Perhaps technician not professional. All important parts of the cycle got wear and tear in just 4 months and running of less than 500 km. Then service support mail is not satisfactory and the service also bad. The cycle in same condition as before service. Waste of money. Customer care Don not care at all..

Choosing, till delivery.

This is what I felt after purchasing the bicycle and getting it delivered.
Firstly, CMB website guided me in choosing the suitable bicycle for my requirements. The websites filter options are perfectly fitted for most of the people's needs. Secondly, the payment gateway was also neatly sophisticated.
Finally, the delivery was quick. I didn't expected that to be delivered in 3 days, despite me staying in a small town.

About the product: the cycle totally met my expectations. The cycle is 99% assembled all you need to do is just set-up pedals and straighten out the handle bar.
I loved the way it was packed, carton was of good quality.
P.s: Once can take a leap of faith and just get ahead with their cycle of choice @ CMB.

Person who came does not know his work…

Person who came does not know his work , not done satisfactory work .
Gear shifter display is not working after service , as per him he does not know how same has happened.
Now i have to take it outside and pay for repair Pathetic service.
.... Updating my review .. need to get my cycles break shoe replaced as person has used oil in disc brake ... Isn't it funny basic of gear and disc brake is not known to person visited.
Team ChooseMyBicycle wanted my review to be deleted in case I want refund ... Such a pathetic responce from their customer service ..... Never choose ChooseMyBicycle.

Wonderful experience buying road bike from CIMB

I had a wonderful experience ordering my Polygon S5 road bike from CIMB. I had a lot of apprehensions ordering this online, but I am happy to say that CIMB stood by their commitment very well. The packaging was very good and the cycle delivered to me in perfect condition. What's more, they had shipped my cycle almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule!

My only complaint would be against Delhivery service -- I had requested a delay in delivery since I was out of town. Even had an email acknowledgment from them about the same. But somewhere along the line that message got lost, and the delivery happened to an empty house! Nothing lost since I could request security to take care of it, but could have become a big hassle for me.

Another feedback for CIMB -- my cycle came with some freebies, which included front and back fenders. Now, as it happens, the road bike that I chose has absolutely no place to fix these fenders. CIMB could have been more helpful here and let me know upfront this was the case. I wouldn't have ended up with useless freebies; might have selected something more useful. My advice -- check your freebies applicability to your bike before buying.

If you are on the fence about buying a cycle online -- I would strongly vouch for CIMB. I should add that I am based in Bangalore and CIMB in Chennai. Your mileage with CIMB and the delivery experience will vary depending on your location.

JAVA Siluro 3 Disc Cheated by CMB

Bought JAVA Siluro 3 Disc Aug’2022. Raised warranty claim as there was an issue. CMB picked up bicycle from me in original packing condition and now claims there’s a damage and its due to packing. Deliberate attempt to avoid refund wants me to keep the damaged bike. Never trust CMB if you face issue. Better buy from your local retailers/bike showrooms.

Excellent Experience (CMB&Delhivery)

Very supportive staff(CMB: Abhishek & Sethuraman, Delhivery: Nithesh). Right from point me browsing the bike to booking to delivery they were available and supportive throughout.
I was tracking my cycle which was in transit. I also read customer reviews posted on various forums, and felt skeptical about the courier company. But it was absolutely opposite, kudos to the staff of Delhivery(Courier team) who were equally supportive despite their busy schedule with Ecom deliveries due to SALE season, they were attending my calls and replying to whatsapp messages on time. I am satisfied overall service.

Good service by mr vishnu

Dropped off my Waltx Trak 4 bicycle at Choosemybicycle service station to rectify the front fork issue Extremely happy and satisfied with the service provided by them. Their timely replies on mail helped me a lot in tracking the process. Mr. Vishnu and the team addressed my issue very well and kept me posted. My bicycle was serviced within the promised time. I'm very happy to see my bicycle back on track.

huge short comings

I booked service for my Montra Downtown. Basic service for a geared cycle. I confirmed with them through phone, what are all the things the service person check and do, after booking. The service person came with worn out toothbrush, palm sized worn out cloth, an small oil can, few spanners......yes. he didn't even asked me for any cloths. I myself having two kind of brushes for chain cleaning and gear cleaning, definitely worn out tooth brush not one of them. The so called technical person, don't know how to use quick release, don't the difference between axle tightening and wheel tightening.....simply he is a cleaner. not a technician, for the charges of Rs.850. I simply sent him after taking snaps of his tools. This is purely the experience of their service part. i haven't experienced their sales part, which definitely i don't want to do.

They have refunded the full amount. Dealt in a polite manner. I believe, they have a unavoidable collection of Road bikes and i hope i'll buy from them in the near future.
