The quality of the bears has really declined, they used to be stunning. I will not be buying anymore of the new bears to add to my collection from now on . Also the website is dreadful very difficult to navigate. I did e-mail about this many months ago ,they said they were updating it but it’s not changed still dreadful ,broken links, it’s just not user friendly at all. Such a shame.
I totally love Charlie bears I’m like a kid in a candy store when I go there the bears are amazing and Iv got about 18 bears so big ones to little ones I’m gradually getting my family names in just waiting for a bear called Gavin to be made so can have my brother name bear which I’m hoping will come soon keep up the good work and love watching the videos and seeing what new ones come out and excellent service and so friendly staff and owners
The bear is of very good quality and he is so soft.
Delivery was also amazing less than 24 hours and he was with me he will make an amazing christmas present for my mum.
