Bring back invoices sent in advance!

When we received monthly bills in advance, it was so easy to set them up and we had no problems at all. Now they don't do this - I never know where I am up to. Just paid, then the letter crossed in the post got a late payment fine of 80 Fr (ca 10% of the invoice). Tried to phone them but there's no capacity to speak to anyone about car leasing. When I tried the line was hung up. Hopeless and cannot at all recommend. Now feeling stressed.

Zero accountability or transparency

Total thieves. They failed to provide us with invoices or reminders by post and then charged fines based on the invoices they cannot prove were sent. We are vigilant and KNOW we didn’t receive them. Then in no time they sent us to debt collection with the thieves from Inturum. This then went to the Geminde in less than a month from when we had already resolved all the outstanding funds. Of course we challenge it, but seeing all these reviews, their lack of communication and service is clearly their business model.

My wife passed away 3 years ago on…

My wife passed away 3 years ago on cancer, but now I get a credit card bill from them, I thought maybe a scam from hacked card data, then I want call to block the card, but have big social phobie, use only email for all, but tried, it was very complicated, had to begin 3 times new, have to tip a number for times to chose different services, but he was so unfriendly made me very angry, I called the first time in my life someone A**hole, I get high blood pressure and shaked on the whole body, He insulted and berated me, ridiculed me. He said we are by a Bank not Betty Bossy?! But hey, it's their money they lose, I will not pay any bill to them!!
Edit: He was not a Swiss guy, understand him very bad, maybe the office is somewher in russia outsourced or east europe. Really very bad customer service!

I applied for a credit and they rejected me via post mail in 1 week

I applied for a credit at them because I didn't want to buy a motorcycle with my money directly. They rejected me, by post mail, in 1 week! Just to say that I'm not resident in CH for long enough. In that week I tried to email them and call them, but they weren't responsive. That's really bad customer care!

My personal Manduca experience LOL

I m with this Bank fro many years but the service has never been great. Lucky me, it become worse and worse. Just got a shouting experienc Manduca was her name , italian accent, somehow, bad french , nasty attitude. She answer already very bored and superior . Already i explain that i m not calling to ask about the weather and that the situation is stresful so her attitudine doesn t help . Anyway guys. IT S TERRIBLE !

Bad company

I have never been to a company so bad as this one . They lied , they manipulate you and they are thiefs very money hungry . I paid my bill which was 59.80 chf and I called to tell them about it they told me it was a wrong references number which they told me I should not do anything they will rectify it and get back to me which they never did . Guess what I have 118 chf to pay for thesame bill because they told me is my fault taht i took the wrong reference numbey , they added two penalty fees which are 30 chf each . I called in today 5.26 and one of there customer service lady told me oooh I can't help because my Kollegue wrote down that you were not nice the last time you called . I was like omg thank you so much goodbye . So how can you judge someone because of someone says something . Yes i did arque with her because she was not ready to listen and was not ready to help .I wont recommend this company for any payment method . They are very money hungry and so many weird angry people working there .

They delay sending invoice, and fine 30 CHF if delay

They send you the invoice a week after the time indicated on it, but count the payment period 30 days from the invoice date. If you delay the payment not only you pay the interest, but the reminder comes to you with already 30 CHF fine. The amount of money you better spend on a normal credit card. Highly recommend to stay away from Cembra.

Worst bank ever in human history.

Worst bank ever in human history.
Their entire e-service is down due to their incompetent SWEs for over a week now. and i am 100% sure they will fine me illegal for not paying despite it being their fault 100%. So i'll just transact the amount i think i owe and hope for the best.
they should have their licence revoked.

Horrid customer service

I had a small issue with a payment and tried to make it work with the app. The form is impossible to finish as the app refuses to upload the necessary files.
I had to call FOUR times to get a technician
1st, I had to stop the call as I had other things to do
2nd, the techinician I got said she couldn't hear me and hang up on me
3rd I had a technician who couldn't speak my language and sent me back to the front desk
4th I had a technician (who did the job even though sounding less human than an AI)

I had identify myself EACH TIME at the front desk even though I had the same lady 3 out of 4 times, ONLY TO GET re-identified by the technician and then she simply told me to fill a form and send it by mail.
Conclusion: The app is USELESS and customer service is horrid

Be careful with this bank

Be careful with this bank. I was forced by Fnac to open a card account as a Fnac client. With the leakage of data from their side(my card was never used for payment anywhere. Only for collecting Fnac points) they made me pay for a strange fraudent insurance company transaction. No detailed information on the transaction. Not any number of the transaction could be found on the website. The bill is generated with minimum details.
They do not communicate on line . You have to call and to speak to someone who is asleep in a work from home mode. Very unprofessional , non transparent . Overall leaves an impression of a big official fraudulent company.

Leasing company without service

Leasing:
The service is extremely poor; you call and they only want to speak German and do not consider if you just moved here from abroad. It is impossible to get hold of them to make any changes in case e.g. you want to buy out the car, change address, or have a general question….

They are useless

They are useless, if you want to contact them. I will get cut off continuously. They would transfer me and cut me off. Or I would be on the phone waiting for over an hour. I found that some of the people are nice when you get through, but after dealing with them and they would tell me the issue was solved, I would find out later that it was not solved and I needed to call back again. This happened over 4 times that I thought the issue was solved, they told me it was solved and it was not. Nice people but useless. Either they just want to tell you that it is solved to get you off the line or the system is useless and nothing could be changed.

They needed to pay me for my car, they said it would take between 10-30 days to organise the payment. I am still waiting after 40 days and I can get no response from them.

Fake Payment Protection

Their payment protection (AXA) is nothing but a scam and isn't covering the advertised cases when applicable. Making a claim is extremely difficult. They cannot be reached by any means. Their website and app doesn't ever work properly either.
