Great company to lend from very helpful…

Great company to lend from very helpful if need anything and respectful dealt a lot of my experience with Hollie with carcashpoint who was extremely nice and considerate and didn’t stop to sort any issues that I might have with a quick response and solution. Thank you so much Team CarCashPoint

Received an email and text saying "pre-approved" and that an advisor would contact me shortly.

No call received, no voicemail left, no further texts or emails to advise if an update.

Unfortunately was a waste of my time.

Despite the very few negative comments…

Despite the very few negative comments which all appear to be from people who have been rejected or repossessed for non payment - i decided to use car cash point and i am definitely not disappointed. Great team, excellent service and competitive rates. I would definitely recommend.

Prices in my opinion are slightly…

Prices in my opinion are slightly higher than some don't make it a long term loan pay off as soon as u can .most of staff are good but Elena is outstanding if u have any issues always there to help always returns calls or emails straight away in my opinion she could do with training some of the staff in customer service just my opinion well done elena.

This is a sorry excuse of what is…

This is a sorry excuse of what is clearly an bunch of incompetent numpties who's only goal is to rinse the consumer out pocket and not give a monkeys in return. I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the car cash point crooks (otherwise known as the CCC) back in 2019. To cut the long story short i was at a loose end like many individuals that have had to use their service. Among lots pressing issues from CCC such as the compounding interest and fees upon fees, lack of any reply to an email which I'm guessing is because it didn't mention anything about them getting payment, it was their complete disregard for my financial situation. The stress is causes and knock on affect to mental health. I had dealt with a collections supervisor ,credit controller, who like many at CCC was always in a meeting when I wanted to discuss repayment or just address the balance on my account. I left it for a week and made contact with their receptionist/operator who's name i asked but she didn't want to give it to me however she was happy to put her 2 pennies worth in to tell me that if i don't pay my balance today, vehicle repossession was in progress! I didn't get any response from a certain individual i cant name but was the account manager and was then told he left and wasn't working at CCP anymore. (Probably didn't meet his target and was shown the door) I had to result to borrowing the money from a family member which for many who understand, is the last thing you want to do and the embarrassment you feel. The CCC should understand customers situations especially during COVID. Judging from the previous reviews CCP is still up to its old tricks. I have referred this for further investigation with the relevant bodies. This company should not be in business and closed immediately!
