Company seems to do good things. However I sent three emails with a querie which were ignored, after I sent the third email they cancelled my account and subscription with no explanation. Shoddy customer service.

We have just completed our Carbon Neutral Journey with carbon-neutral Britain and can happily advise that they have been a great company to deal with. They have made the process easy for us. Having spent some time reviewing other companies specialising in the same area, I thought these were the most cost-effective and straightforward to work with making the process almost easy. More than happy to recommend them to other like-minded people and businesses. I have not been able to find fault. Take the leap!!!

Not sure this company still operates
I had a couple of questions that weren't answered on the website. Sent them 2 emails and contacted them via form on their website, but never received a reply.
Their social media is also dead. At this point, I'm not sure this company is still operating.
