Awesome glamping!
We leased the TC-A for 7 nights. We really enjoyed the convenience and comfort it provided us. The trailer was very clean and no harsh cleaner scents which is a must for my spouse. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Thanks Kathleen! Highly recommend. We will definitely lease again.

Well equipped RV
Well equipped RV, almost nothing was missed. Up to 6 beds, but only space for 4 at the table. Awning should be usable. Excellent and nice staff at Halifax station. Kitchen set should include a clothes line (any rope). Bring or buy one at Canadian tire for 5$.

Disappointed in the Quality
The staff was excellent but the quality of the brand new unit was poor. It felt like things were going to easily break. We experienced a real hassle as the main coach door wouldn’t open without brute force and the compartment locks on the storage containers were faulty and didn’t lock. Communication was good but as it was a long weekend, we could get it fixed. We were minimally compensated which was appreciated but didn’t really pay for the frustration we encountered as we had our elderly mom with us and it was very difficult for her to enter and exit.

A friendly greeting to start with and a fairly easy check out experience made for a good start to our vacation. The class b motor home was excellent and met our travelling needs. Renting the electric coffee maker was a mistake, no filters and a short cord makes it difficult to plug
in.The leveling blocks should be included, not rented, and instruction given on how to use them and the importance on being level for the fridge to work probably.
The check in was fast and the staff were pleasant.

RV Booking
Great experience booking the RV, based in the UK the Team at CanaDream were excellent and even helped me revise the booking to save me money.
The pick up was ok, the RV did not have the kitchen option we selected (pots, pans etc.) in the van which meant we had to return to the Halifax location, we were disappointed with the team at Halifax on that occasion, not even an apology for the oversight.
Finally, the return was a good experience, a lovely lady (3rd July) led the return process at Halifax, very professional and chatty with us.

Overall Great Experience
Everything and everyone involved in the booking, pickup and drop off were courteous and personable. The DCV was in great shape mechanically and we had no problems with it. The drain hose leaked in a couple spots so that should have been replaced before we took it out but that was just a minor inconvenience. The kitchen and linen kits provided were good quality for camping as were the chairs. Overall, a great experience!

Professional and well organized company
Great service, starting with an excellent web site containing all information (from vehicle types, descriptions, rental fees, options, rental conditions, ...all the way to how to use and service the vehicle). You really don't have to contact the company...everything is on the site.
