Cancelled and treated with debt collectors
Followed all instruction on the website to cancel. Have now received an email stating I owe money and threatening debt collectors. At no point did I sign a financial agreement nor have I had access to the paid site. Complete scammers, please avoid at all costs.

Complete scam and fraud I agree with all thats said on other reviews, they have been chasing me for over 2 years demanding €316 sent me demand letters from 3 different firms all based in Germany
I cancelled the best I could with an email as when you are close to paying for another month they block access to settings so you can't even access the dodgy cancel form

All the agencies used follow local law and have the ability to enforce the law in the country of residence. I signed up for 1 month & then tried to cancel. There is no cancellation method as they state & they have now taken 2 Premium payments from my account despite me sending an email to cancel. This company is a " FRAUDULENT COMPANY " & AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have now informed my bank & next is Police. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs. Others have also stated this. Beware.

An utterly Awful dating service with a lack of interaction and plenty of fake and dud profiles, even worse is it doesn't let you unsubscribe from being a premium member unless you contact customer service even though it says you can do it in the frequently asked questions section of the app in the my settings part of your profile which is utter bs there is no option to do that so had to wait until they charged me £39.90 to dispute it with PayPal, after seeing that many have had to go down this route and managed to get their money back I will be doing the same thing

i have had emails going into my spam and now the site says i am under legal action.
I have copied the emails and sent them to the police and financial abosman.
this made me suicidal with financial stress as i am homeless with the current state of our country please stay away people you cant cancell this and if you do the emails just go in your spam where you cant see.

Not trust worthy
I read the reviews here and agree with them all...
I decided to give this site a try as it seemed good value for money.
Little did I know I was to be added to the Premium subscription.
This is a ridicules amount of money, I do not work and simply can not afford to pay this amount per month, I can hardly afford to live and just can not pay such a monthly subscription.
I have been out of my mind with worry, and now they threated legal action debt collectors and a CCJ.
I don't know how these guys can put so much stress on people, I just don't know what I can do...

Such a bad experience. Joined thinking it would be a legit website. There is no cancellation link on the website. They expect us to post our canellation request lol. Which age are they living in. C-date. Com nightmare
I set premium account up on the 13th of August and after a day or two realised this isn't the really thing..scammed. I've used the platform email a few times to cancel with no reply I've emailed service team no reply. There is no cancellation form on the home page as they state there is ? Total shocking do not use this site. Now reading Trustpilot I need help to cancel this.

I had a free subscription not payed anything. So if i read first all the comments off users they payed and all they said its all scam of fake profiles, why does an website like this exist, what is intention of it, all the men they subribe search for a real relation. You can run a website make sure that is only for entertainment use and that it is clearly indicated.

Cannot Cancel. Scared
Hello,
I am scared. I have seen other reviews. I signed up at a low point, thinking ok for a month.
I did use Paypal to pay. I have turned off the auto pay.
But I am scared they will come after me with debt collection after payment will be declined
There is no cancellation button on their site.
Their FAQ states there is.

The site is a scam pure and simple. Trading standards need to look into this immediately. ALL fake profiles. And cancellation is NOT at all as simple as they puport it to be on their sign up page so a complete misrepresentation. STAY well away people!!!

Scam alert. Highly immoral business model. Makes it extremely difficult to cancel the subscription. The link for cancellation doesn't even exist.I have sent an email stating I wish to cancel, they said this is not good enough. I've been in touch with my solicitor for advice and will proceed if necessary. This company should be shut down, Got suspicion that the profiles are fake too! Shocking company which needs looking in to!

Avoid this site at all costs!
Exactly the same as everyone else! Clearly bad enough to cancel or not use them, taking money continously, when i finally manage to block future DD payments, i am now being threatened with legal action. Just waiting for most recent reply so I can start looking into my own counter action!
