The enjoyment has gone.
The speed of the bingo games way too quick now. I have been playing bingo for years and I nearly missed numbers. Wouldn’t want to bring anyone new along for fear they wouldn’t be able to keep up.
A lot of electronic devices being used now but you need to remember a lot of people still enjoying playing with paper books and these take longer to mark numbers off and keep an eye on what is needed, especially when playing for 2 lines! I did notice that because you shoot through bingo so quickly you manage to squeeze in quite a few table top games in between. I understand this is to generate more profit but at what expense to your customers who want to come and enjoy their bingo.
Also, you don’t have a lot of staff members on the floor while bingo is being played? You say you use a number generator to pick winners but there were only 2 paper bingo winners and the rest on the electronics. Something dodgy there if you ask me.
Food and drinks were nice, most staff friendly but sadly not all.
Won’t be returning in a hurry. Think I will stick to my online bingo or try else where in future.

I apologise if the speed of our bingo games felt too quick for you. This timing is standardised for all callers nationally, but I appreciate your feedback and will take it on board to improve customer experiences in the future.
I would like to reaffirm that we are a regulated Gambling Company and are constantly being monitored by the relevant authorities to ensure that we provide fair gameplay to all our players. These regulations affect both our Bingo Games, Slot Machines and Mini Games held in the club. As such we do operate with a Random Number Generator as required to, this is to ensure the outcomes of our games are fair for all customers.
Please be aware a potential explanation for more Electronic Winners is that Electronic Gameplay in club has improved popularity in comparison to Paper Tickets and that Electronic Players can purchase more tickets per game than Paper Players.

Great atmosphere
Staff are great and helpful and friendly. Food is good too.
Only problem is we do not have a ramp from bottom floor to upper level. Which is only 3stairs but hard for the likes of me being disabled is extra hard.

Went to play on a whim.
Apparently it was a special BOOGIE Bingo night....with extra fun games and prizes.
More people than usual.
Nothing wrong with that, if it was planned properly.
Firstly the usual menu was off screen. Limited Order at the bar. .....
Get your own coffee........but there's no cups.
Staff were disorganised, and refused cards. because no machine.
There were missed games. due to tech issues.
The weirdest thing was the security officers not only on the door, but pacing through main hall, all night, during the games.
Since when do we need security playing bingo???.
