Well I was told it would be fun however the wizards won 80percent of the night .so serious question why would you only have 12 wizards for such a big venue 120 touch screen pads maybe get rid of the wizards then there wouldn't be such a poor experience

Following from this, as a regulated company that is licensed by the Gambling Commission, there is absolutely no way that we can influence the outcome of any games, this includes the ratio of payouts.
It is important to note that we do offer touchpad packages with higher numbers of tickets compared to those available on paper.

Enjoyable, remember it is gambling
Staff are great, walking around asking if you would like a soft drink. You can have good and bad days on the slots, but that's gambling.
A couple of gripes, the "This machine is reserved" cards, meaning often multiple machines are unavailable and being unused for ages.
The next is the machines are much more enjoyable with the volume up, someone asking you to turn the volume down as they have a headache, why are you in a place like that with a headache?

I haven't even come over,just asked questions about bonuses which I have received from Buzz bingo to spend in the club,but I was told straight away not to come until manager will be in next afternoon!!!!!!! I was about to spend large amounts of money on slots but whoever was on the other side of the Phone shot him self in the foot! Bravo 👏🏻 I'm going to Clarkenwell!
