Great atmosphere here and lovely food. They have a great choice of slot machines as well if that’s your thing. Check online as they have some great offers available at times

As a newbie to Buzz Basildon, first impressions were very good, lovely welcome from Julie and gave me the grand tour of the facilities. Great customer care. Club is well laid out although the book sales and bar are very cosy in the far corner. All round a good bingo experience with special deals on hand as a new comer and for bringing a friend

Game not stopped quick enough
My only complaint is that on Monday night a lady called up for 2 lines in a link up game but the game wasn’t stopped quick enough so she wasn’t given the £300. Everyone heard her too.

Whenever there is a dispute regarding claims we follow a standardised process in the club to maintain fairness for all affected or querying customers nationally which involves reviewing the audio recording from the Bingo Hall.
Unfortunately it is the customers responsibility to stop the game when playing Bingo which should be acknowledged from the Bingo Caller if a claim has been made successfully.
I'm sorry for any disappointment this experience may have caused.

Just so dirty. Chairs are stained, many with obviously bodily fluids.
The stench of cigarettes and vape fumes wafting throughout the whole place with smokers congregating immediately outside the doors, instead of a few steps away, both front entrance and the outside designated area with doors open and their filthy fumes blowing INTO the building.
SO MUCH FOR IMMEDIATE EFFECT,
Cigarette butt's on the floor outside the main entrance door, making it stink like a filthy ashtray inside.
Same as the back door to garden.
I understand its not buzz bingo fault people smoke, but enforcing where is the responsibility of buzz.

First time at Buzz Bingo and on arrival…
First time at Buzz Bingo and on arrival we received so much support and advice and we didn’t have a clue!! A lot more then ‘holiday bingo’ Julie at Basildon came over to us a few times to talk us through some of the games so we didn’t miss out.
Definitely want to come back, definitely family vibes here.

Me and my wife joined last weekend very disappointing had to queue for over an hour to get books only two serving missed 2 games on the main got a pint which was flat and its just rush to get pound games everything was just bad not like the old days won't be going again

Came to Buzz bingo Thursday with my daughter in law. Was greeted by the lovely Julie. She was amazing. Showed us everything and advised us on electronic pads. She came up to us quite a few times in the night to check on us. Then as we were leaving, making sure we had a good night. Menu deals and offers also have changed but not always great offers. Unless you're a burger eater.
Great way to catch up with family and friends playing bingo and have fun with laughter to.

I have always enjoyed playing bingo
I have always enjoyed playing bingo, and have done for over 50 years. Nothing wrong with the club, there's always good company, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
I am disappointed though that if you want to eat at the club, you have to try to eat while trying to play bingo, especially if you are playing on the paper bingo books...also the food sometimes comes out lukewarm and not enjoyable, and should it be hot when it comes to you it gets cold really quickly, as you have to concentrate on the numbers being called.
