This is my second order of the same hearing aid. It is so far ahead of my previous brand and type. So far I have spent over $10,000 on Two hearing aid brands - what a waste of money. We exchanged a number of emails, starting with the unfortunate experience with my physical anomalies that made it impossible for me to wear the hearing aids.
It seemed that my request was then passed through many hands and I felt that my case was lost.
However, the following morning I tried calling the support number. The agent who answered was sympathetic but after reviewing my case, she declined to disclose a return address that I could use. Instead, she offered me a refund which I felt was more than generous. I accepted her offer and am awaiting the result.

I bought 4 hearing aids by mistake, but could not cancel the order 5 minutes later. The agent told me to wait until the order arrived and then send the 3 back. When the order arrived and I contacted the support, I was offered a 75% discount to keep all 4, and I decided to accept it, rather than go through the trouble of shipping them back. Unfortunately I cannot wear them at all since they are too big for my ear canal.
I can hear
First, it's the price. Second, I've heard in the past that the best hearing aids you would want are designed in Germany.

Fast and efficient use of time online but I don't know when to expect the product, don't know if it will be good, don't know if I can adjust the various levels of treble or bass, nor how effective it's going to be for my 2 elderly and quite deaf parents. If the product works, I'll come back and give you a 6!
