I had such a traumatising experience with these letting agents it genuinely still affects me years on. Had my privacy and property violated, unresponsive to concerns, disrespectful, and news of illegally subletting which is unsurprising. This company still being active is sad, and I patiently await the day it caves and no one is further targeted by these unethical people who care not about how they affect people, as long as their pockets are full. I will keep leaving reviews on my experience to warn people for years to come.

Deal with this company at your peril! They are dishonest and quite happy to take your deposit and do nothing. They don't follow their own procedures and the directors are too arrogant to communicate with you.

This company changes its name regularly because it knows it gets bad press and through word of mouth it would go out of business otherwise.
I am not a satisfied customer, the business procedures are appalling and my time spent renting one of Burns Estate's properties (formally known as Burns Lettings) was one of the worst experiences of my life. I wish I never stepped foot in the door, they took my money and more; they expected me to pay for a contract in a mouldy and damp flat which was no good for my health. The flat was not fit for purpose and I endured physical health problems whilst living in the flat, the bathroom was out of action for over eight weeks and the stench of damp in the converted town house was unbearable. Do yourself a favour, steer well clear of this corrupt company.
