Great service, helpful from the first order

Bought the Whey Protein Isolate (Chocolate) and got nausea lasting several hours after a single 30g serve. Raised it with customer service and Oscar came back quickly, apologised, and confirmed it had been passed to QA to be logged against the batch, which was handled well. The remedy was a $9 account credit deducted at my next checkout rather than a refund on a tub I can't use. Polite, responsive support, but a small credit toward buying more of the product that caused the reaction isn't much of an outcome.

I've been using the 2kg Vanilla WPI and I'm really happy with it. The vanilla flavour is smooth and not overly sweet, and it mixes very easily with water or milk without leaving many lumps. I use it regularly after my workouts and it's been an easy way to increase my daily protein intake. Overall, great quality protein, good taste and excellent value for money. I'll definitely consider buying it again.

Terrible experience trying to order. Used this company in the past without any problems, but now wasn't able to order.

First, I was forced to change my password to 'improve security'. Fair enough, but the process was unnecessary long and painful, with the promised password reset code and instructions email not arriving.

Then, finally, after managing to change the password, I got stuck on the checkout page. No error messages, it just won't budge past the address and delivery step.

Have banded the purchase and will go somewhere else.

The fact you are not receiving similar reports means nothing. Most people don't bother and just walk away. I also normally don't leave reviews, but this time I was especially annoyed.

I order online all the time, including from your company in the past, and have never had these problems.

1. Password reset should take three clicks. This time, I received an email telling me I will receive another email with a code? That never arrived, and I had to press some additional links, wait for quite a while, and search in my spam folder for the second email with the code.

2. If there was an error or missing information in an input field in the checkout process, there should have been an error message, or the field should have been highlighted, and the Continue button greyed out. None of these happened.

I guess your website didn't like my address. It's a PO Box, and when I started entering it, I couldn't find it in the suggested list of addresses, so I entered it manually.

The fact is, your new website is very poorly designed and tested. But of course it's easier to blame the customer than take the information on board, never mind losing their business in the process.

Anyway, I have wasted enough time doing the job of your website designer.

I have been using bulk nutrients since 2023 they have always been reliable and cost effective ! Prices have obviously gone up but they are still beating all the other brands ! Flavours and quality is great

I trust Bulk Nutrients for protein powders that are tested and don't contain lead. They also have a great range of other supplements to cover my needs.

Love the protein powders and OMG I have just had the cookies and cream protein bar, and it was the best protein bar I have ever had. I just placed an order for 12 of them now.

This is now my second order because I’ve been really happy with the products. The taste is great, it mixes well, and it doesn’t have an overly sweet or artificial flavour. I also tried the Protein Water, and I absolutely enjoyed it. It’s light, refreshing, and a perfect option when I want extra protein without having a creamy shake.

The quality and value for money have been excellent, and the ordering process has been easy. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend Bulk Nutrients to anyone looking for a reliable protein brand.

Sadly I bought these in bulk because I thought it'd be much more economical for me & I'm honestly not a fussy eater 🤷🏾‍♀️ but these protein pancakes are terrible in texture & in taste!!! 🤢 They were extremely thick & very dry as well as having a weird grainy like texture & they also had a weird off putting taste & even smell bad too!!! 😞 I tried to mix some with milk & added an egg & a little margarine to the batter to see if it'd help a bit? 🤔 But unfortunately it didn't improve them at all & they still are extremely dry & too thick & taste horrible!!! 😭 They are inedible & sadly BN won't provide a return shipping label so I have to pay to return them 😔 so beware!!! 🤢⚠️😳🛑🤯💯

Note: I bought both flavours & both were absolutely disgusting 🤢🤮😓 & my reviews are still pending on their website so it looks like they may not allow them to be published on their site because they wouldn't want you to know how horrible these pancakes really are & what a bad experience I had dealing with them!!! 😔 - I had to pay to return all the unused packs of them & now I'm still waiting for a refund 🤦🏾‍♀️ but it's shocking how they told me I am responsible to pay to return this joke of a product because I changed my mind 🙄 but honestly I can't eat them without feeling sick!!! 🤮🤢😭 So I had to pay more just to return these awful protein pancakes 🤢🥞 back to them!!! 🤦🏾‍♀️😔

Be careful because they will blame you for not wanting to consume these awful tasting products 🤢 which I think are inedible for anyone who has working tastebuds!!! 🥺

Delivery was never dispatched and their bots shut the conversation down and remove the box to type into when you ask to speak to a human/agent.

Instead of dealing with the issue Bulk cancelled the order. Very frustrating!

Absolute rip-off! Insane price hikes for cheap ingredients. I am extremely disappointed with this company. Over the last two years, they have raised the price of a 1kg bag of protein from $40 all the way to $66. That is pure greed. Worst of all, $16 of that increase happened in just the last six months alone. They are completely ripping off their loyal customers. Do not let them blame inflation for this. This massive price jump is way higher than normal inflation rates. To make matters worse, the quality does not justify the high price at all. This is not a premium, grass-fed Australian product. Instead, the ingredients are sourced from China. Paying $66 for cheap ingredients is insane. I highly recommend staying away from this greedy company and their Chinese-made protein. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually cares about its customers and uses high-quality ingredients & Better Price

I have been a loyal Bulk Nutrients customer since 2016 and have recommended your products to friends, family, and training partners over the years. One of the key reasons I remained a customer for so long was the balance between quality and affordability. Unfortunately, that balance appears to be disappearing.

Over the past decade I have watched prices steadily increase, and while I understand that businesses face rising costs, an $11 increase in a single jump is extremely difficult to justify from a customer’s perspective. Loyal customers have continued supporting Bulk Nutrients through numerous price rises because we believed the company still represented good value. This latest increase feels like a step too far.

The supplement industry is more competitive than ever, with countless alternatives available. Long-term customers like myself are not only comparing product quality anymore—we are comparing value. When prices continue to rise at this rate, it becomes increasingly difficult to remain loyal when competitors are offering comparable products at more attractive prices.

What is most disappointing is that loyal customers seem to be bearing the burden of these increases. After supporting the company for nearly 10 years, I expected more consideration for the customers who helped build the brand into what it is today. Customer loyalty should be rewarded, not tested.

This price increase has genuinely caused me to reconsider future purchases from Bulk Nutrients. I hope management takes the feedback from long-term customers seriously because once loyal customers begin looking elsewhere, winning them back is often far more difficult than retaining them in the first place.

I urge Bulk Nutrients to reconsider this increase or at least provide a clearer justification for why such a significant rise was necessary. At present, it feels disconnected from the value that originally made Bulk Nutrients stand out from the competition.

I live in NSW and always receive my order in 1-2 days! Their products are high quality and very affordable with an awesome flavor range. I couldn't recommend them more!

Love Bulk Nutrients! Especially their Whey Protein Isolate with natural sweeteners. Flavours are yummy and they mix in really well to shakes and cooked porridge. I also use them in baked oats recipes as well. They are so easy to deal with and delivery is amazingly fast.
