This has been the worst customer experience of my life. Even though Frontier officially processed my refund, I have been waiting for my money for over 3 months now. I am still struggling to get it back. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and unresponsive.
Will I ever fly with them again? Never! Please do yourself a favor and book your flights through other websites, even if it costs more. Saving a few bucks is not worth this headache!

I cannot stress this enough. If you value your money, your time, or your sanity – stay far away from this company.
I booked a flight from Montreal to London Gatwick. Everything was confirmed. I made my plans, arranged time off work, packed my bags – and then 24 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE, I get an email:
"Your flight has been cancelled."
That was it. No alternative flight offered. No immediate refund processed. Just a cold email and £907 of my money – GONE in a second.

Flight cancelled for no reason, they said it was cancelled by the airline but when you book with the airline you never have theses situations or they propose you a decent substitution flight. Here airbudget couldn't secure my flight advised me 2 days before and proposed me flights with 15h of layover minimum.
If you want peace of mind go directly through airline company even if it is a bit more expensive.
Plus for the refund they took administrative fees. Worst experience.

“I had a very disappointing experience with BudgetAir.com. I accidentally entered the wrong date of birth when booking my airline ticket and called customer service right away. They said they couldn’t change the date of birth and told me to go to the airport, saying there would be no problem. About two hours after purchasing the ticket, I called again and asked them to cancel so I could book a new ticket, but they refused, saying the ticket was non-refundable. I was very disappointed because I contacted them almost immediately. Their customer service was not helpful and I don’t recommend this company.”

I am extremely disappointed with BudgetAir. My booking has been changed, but despite sending more than five emails, I still have not been given a definite travel date or a confirmed itinerary.
Every response has been vague, and I am left not knowing when my flight is. This is incredibly stressful, especially when trying to plan international travel. Good customer service should provide clear and timely information, but that has not been my experience.
I would not recommend BudgetAir based on my experience. If your booking changes, be prepared for poor communication and long delays in getting clear answers.

I highly doubt you have a booking number. Frontier Airlines said the booking number you gave was not valid or unable to be obtained. You never gave us a confirmation number. This makes us believe you are a business who relies on predatory and fraudulent practices.
Many airline services within the US offer changing of dates, modifications, or refunds.
This company has negative reviews on multiple sites such as Reddit, Trustpilot, and I could probably find more. The negative reviews for this rating site seems to be US residents.
You could give my wife her refund. Plain and simple. If not, I will reach to every person from the US who left you a negative review, to see if any are willing to bring this company into a class action lawsuit.
