NEVER AGAIN : Dont trust Valcucine Quality and their warranty program

BAD experience : 1) useless non-existent warranty : THEY DON'T CHANGE YOUR PIECEs, just because they find any excuse even "the warranty is only if you want to expand the kitchen" ABSURD!
2) RUDE AND unkind: for them the customer is not important!
3) OFFENSIVE AND PRESUMPTUOUS ... they even dared to covertly call me a beggar that I only wanted the spare parts for free according ... and not because they were under warranty4) a piece of plastic 32 euros?! It’s so much! … NEVER AGAIN ALL Talk AND no fact and in the end their kitchen are NOT OF SO HIGH QUALITY
