They forgot about my delivery
They informed my delivery would come on a date so I took the day off from work to be available to receive it. They cancelled the delivery with Postnl without informing me and when I called him to know the whereabouts of my Tv they said they cancelled with Postnl and forgot to plan the delivery after it. Not even an apology for the inconvenience.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and miscommunication regarding your delivery. It was never our intention for you to unnecessarily take time off, and we completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been.
Due to a system error, your TV was initially registered with PostNL. However, the TV is far too large for PostNL to handle, so we had to rebook it to be delivered by our specialized logistics provider. This provider sent a track and trace email in the evening with the updated delivery details.
We’re addressing this internally to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for your patience, and if there’s anything else we can do to assist, please let us know.
