promo codes are misleading and hard to apply, especially with partnerships like Capital One Shopping. Had to redo the order almost ten times to get it right, and didn't get any discount at all in the end.

Delivery was not made on the scheduled delivery date so my Mother did not receive flowers on Mother's Day. I did not hear back from Bouqs until 2 days after the Holiday for an apology. Flowers have still not arrived. Very disappointing

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day well in advance, yet the original delivery date of May 10 was missed entirely. After that, I emphasized multiple times that my priority was simply getting any replacement bouquet delivered as quickly as possible so my mother would not go without flowers for Mother’s Day.
Despite that, the replacement delivery date kept changing from May 12, to May 14, to May 16, and finally to May 19.
What made the experience especially frustrating was that I was repeatedly asked to reconfirm replacement details, only to be told afterward that the newly confirmed delivery date was no longer available. The process became an endless cycle of back-and-forth with no actual resolution.
I also requested escalation to a supervisor multiple times and was denied each time. In the end, I lost confidence that the order would ever be fulfilled reliably and ultimately requested a full refund instead.
This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional customer service experience.

My husband switched to this company for my Mothers Day flowers and I was thrilled with the flower delivery and condition!! They are gorgeous and still opening up 3 days later. Usually they are dying by now. I am so thrilled and can’t stop looking at them. Oh and the roses smell like roses!!!!

The wrong flowers were sent, a day late, in poor condition. They were a gift and since it was my son who sent them I was honest with him about what happened. After some effort, I was able to connect with a representative via a chat box, had to send photos etc and they are sending another order of what was actually selected and paid for, which is nice. However, the experience would not make me eager to use this company myself in the future.

I became a Bouq’s customer because of the positive reviews, but my experience has been completely different. I ordered premium flower arrangements for two very important anniversaries, and both experiences were disappointing.
The first arrangement arrived looking nothing like expected, and the flower quality was terrible. The flowers lasted barely 48 hours before wilting.
I decided to give Bouq’s another chance, but the second order was just as frustrating. The flowers were scheduled for FedEx am delivery today, yet by 12 PM they still had not arrived. Half of my anniversary day is already gone, and the entire purpose of ordering them was ruined.
For the prices Bouq’s charges, the quality and reliability simply are not there. After two failed experiences tied to important occasions, I’m done using this service.
