The company cancelled the event and scheduled to a later date that could not be attended and offered NO refunds. Such a scam how can a host cancel due to their own reasons and not offer a refund.

My daughter had a great birthday party at I bounce in Newton abbot. The staff where friendly and helpful. The place has new additions. Definitely gonna back and would highly recommend

Bounce have gone downhill. They didn’t even set my husband’s policy’s up right, they missed out Critical Illness Cover which he specifically asked to have. Good job we noticed.
They are so pushy as well, come across as desperate, don’t stop calling you. They also offer a refer a friend bonus, I’m still waiting for payment that is owed to me. When asked for if, just received aggressive voice notes, not at all professional.
Just want to warn others to stay away as wouldn’t want you to go through what we have.
Good job I found a proper broker that cares.

When I first spoke to bounce, I didn't really know what I was looking for but knew I needed cover in place becuase I have a mortgage and a family. They walked me through it so simplistically to ensure I understood. Honestly can't thank them enough for their patience and understanding of my lack of knowledge. No forceful selling tactics either. Very trustworthy service, thankyou and well done.

I have bought Life insurance and car insurance through Bounce. Excellent products and price. The Advisors are friendly and highly knowledgeable. I didn't feel sold to and they actually managed to save me money against my previous monthly payments and get me some critical illness cover as well!

I thought I should let the planet know that I have discovered a life insurance policy that also saves me mega money in my personal life….yes a strange phenomenon I can assure you, but true!

The company name does not even sound like a yawn yawn till dawn insurance company; you know the type I mean! Yep, you’ve got it!!

They call themselves BOUNCE, and promote lifestyle fitness & fun alongside a series of radical money saving opportunities on everyday living expenses like food, drink, and gym memberships, free medicals, you know, the important stuff...Not the save yourself 50 quid of a holiday in the Bahamas if you spend 500 quid savings type gibberish that ordinary bloke like me is never going to afford anyway, and yes, they even provide quality value for money LIFE INSURANCE!

… And get this; they even show you how to make money from your membership, which could almost wipe out the cost of the monthly premium, for being the club (which is what I call it)..yes

So if you want to investigate something SUPER WEIRD, I urge anyone with half a brain cell who likes to save loads of money, and needs life insurance like we all slightly do right now, go Bounce!

What can I say about Bounce Life...they have been so helpful, honest and reflecting a REAL interest in my needs. Consequently, I now have a Celebration of Life policy that will support my family to make the necessary arrangements when I'm not around. As a mother of 2 children and a mortgage you just don’t know what’s round the corner, thankfully I’ve found Bounce, their friendly advisers listened to everything and recommend a policy to me that fits within my budget and if that wasn’t enough, if I ever have a question they’re always on the other end of phone ready to help. It’s so reassuring and great customer service, my only regret was that I didn’t do this sooner. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
