Poor customer service, returns not always accepted. Left with an item that doesn't fit. If you desperate to buy these products, use a third party website, don't buy directly from them.

Cute clothes, vintage style, which is what we love—but are all made in China, with a European price tag. I am a designer and have come up with cool designs for clothing, I will start my own brand—and it sure as hell won't be sold as a European brand, but made in China. Be honest. Lower the prices if it's made in China.

This brand has been my go-to for sustainable children's clothing for years. The exceptional quality, unique patterns, and exquisite materials make every piece worth the investment. The women's collection is equally impressive—some of the most enduring items in my wardrobe are from this brand. As a parent, I also love the ability to purchase beautifully coordinated matching sets.

Very prompt delivery

You are using a terrible delivery provider.

I was expecting my delivery, but the courier never showed up and marked me as not being home. The next day, I contacted support and stayed home the entire day waiting for the package. In the end, the courier delivered it to a locker instead of my home.

Are you seriously kidding me?

UPD: The next day, the courier did exactly the same thing, even though I had been waiting for him all day. Instead of delivering it to my home, he dropped it off at the nearest locker because he couldn't be bothered to drive to my address. It was terrible...

Edit: Offering a full refund only after returning the item to DHL center, which is out the way WAS not an immediate solution when customer service rep, Mar knew I was leaving for a vacation the next morning. Of course Mar had to reply back to this review so that they can have their last word, such a shame. I still like the brand but do not appreciate how the new customer service rep, Mar handled the situation. Still no sorry or complimentary coupon offered.

I’ve been shopping with Bobo Choses since 2014 when my first child was just 10 months old. I was very disappointed at how customer service handled a recent concern when I received a T-shirt with a pen mark on the center which I planned for my son to wear. I was leaving for vacation the next early morning so there was no way to wait for a replacement so I asked for a partial refund. I was left with an offer for $16 for a $80 T-shirt felt like a salt in a wound since my son couldn’t wear on the trip and I’ll be $80 out of pocket. In the past they would offer a more reasonable refund and a complementary coupon for causing inconvenience, but this time I was met with adamant solution that left me disappointed and felt the solution was not fitting. The customer service rep. wouldn’t budge even with knowing that I would leave for the trip the next day and that I was a long time customer with Bobo Choses. By the way it is a new staff who is in charge of customer service. It was never like this before! Very disappointed and frustrated.
