How can we assess a trainer who may be attempting to deceive potential customers seeking to enroll in their course? The details provided appear inconsistent and raise several red flags. For instance, the course fee is nearly RM15,000, yet the training sessions are only three hours per day. Additionally, the information shared by the organizer does not align—when I contacted the hotel they claimed to have booked as a venue, the hotel confirmed that no such reservation exists.

Furthermore, the instructor’s credibility is questionable. The provided CV was shared in a Microsoft Word document, which is unprofessional for someone claiming to hold a PhD. Given these concerns, it is strongly advised to avoid this training program and not risk your company’s resources on what appears to be a dubious offering.

I recently attended a course with BMC Training and was extremely disappointed. The communication was abysmal, making it nearly impossible to get clear information.

The organization was severely lacking, with meeting rooms not properly assigned, leading to significant confusion. It was evident that there was a complete lack of care in managing the course.

The only positive aspect was the instructor, who delivered the course in the best way possible despite all the hurdles and poor communication.

Avoid at all costs.

I attended "The Essentials of Budgeting and Cost Control Course" from 08 to 12 October 2023 at BMC Training and it was phenomenal!

The instructors were experts in their field, offering actionable insights and practical skills. The course was well-structured, blending theoretical knowledge with real-world applications perfectly. I left equipped with tools that have significantly enhanced my professional capabilities.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to upskill in a supportive and comprehensive learning environment!

Took Financial Data Analysis in Singapore.
This course is a big failure and advertised to defraud customers. The course outline was not aligned and misrepresented the actual set up for a course that cost a huge amount of money. BMC called me the night before the training to inform me about the trainer’s background and very proudly communicated that it was the trainer’s cup of tea, trainer was only informed a day before the training. What do you expect of the quality? And it took another call for me to question them on the background as I don’t think it fits with the subject of the training and sure enough they have mixed up everything. 1st day of training conducted outside the meeting room. Plus the advertised number of training hours is a scam. Very unprofessional of BMC. I have escalated this to my company and we will never engage with BMC again.

I have attended a course in London . It was a fantastic training course . The instructor was perfect . They provided me with a free airport transportation . thank you for everything .
