I ordered an aluminum RV door handle May 13th, 2026, paid with credit card which was approved. I have not heard from your company at all! No correspondence regarding the order, whether the order is being processed or when it will be shipped. This is not good business practice in my opinion. Order # is URN132814. picked this up after my old rv grab bar kept getting wiggly; this one's got a real heft, actual aluminum feels denser than that hollow stuff from the hardware store. snapped right into place without sanding or forcing—never thought i'd care about base fit but the 12mm guide saved me a headache.
Actually put it back in the trunk after using, spray didn’t drip at all when tilted sideways unlike that leaky one from the dollar store last month. Finish on the car feels a bit less sticky, but honestly just relieved no more oily hands. Cap snaps on with a real click.

Update. I just received my item. Looks good. Will use it soon. Company did email me requesting more information, however I think it was the time of year that was a big part of the delay.

Ordered black rust paint. They sent white. I requested a return label to ship back and they refused. Now to get my $ back I have to pay to send back to China. Their money back return policy,"for no matter what" isn't worth the paper I wipe with. Don't get scammed by their catchy policy, it's a lie.
I paid $50 for a tin of waterproofing. When it was delivered it was 100g. A tiny amount which is not enough to do what I wanted it for. The customer support is useless.
