Product was okay, but didn’t work as well as expected
I ordered BIOVEA’s 5 mg extended-release melatonin because I was looking for something similar to a time-release melatonin I’d used before.
The order itself was okay, but the product didn’t work as well as I’d hoped. It may have helped a bit with getting to sleep, but I was still waking up during the night, which was the main thing I wanted it to help with. Compared to other time-release melatonin I’ve used, this one didn’t seem to last as long through the night.
I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I did feel a bit disappointed because I expected the extended release effect to be stronger. It would be helpful if BIOVEA gave clearer information on how the extended-release formula works and how long it is meant to last.
I’d consider using BIOVEA again, but I probably wouldn’t buy this specific melatonin again unless the formula changed or there was more detail about the release profile.
