Breytenbachs assisted with our application for spousal and dependant visas for my 2 boys. It was a complex case as my eldest son is my husband's stepson and his biological father hasn't been in the picture for about 10 years so we had to prove sole responsibility, which is not that easy.

My husband left SA in August 2025 to start his new job and fulfill the earning requirements for our visas so this time spent apart was extremely taxing on our family for various reasons.

Breytenbachs assisted and guided me every step of the way with utmost care and understanding, we started consulting before my husband left SA, and started working on my eldest son's sole responsibility case soon thereafter.

I cannot recommend them enough, they were extremely efficient, did everything for me once I provided the necessary docs etc and answered my questions and queries so fast. Without my husband being with me to help and having so much on my shoulders to resolve before we could leave, I honestly felt so supported by them.

What touched me most and made me feel like they genuinely cared, was when I got my visa approved, but was still waiting on my boys visas and being super anxious about it, they took the time to send me a personal WhatsApp to please check my mails as they couldn't get hold of me (I was on a flight to Jhb to spend some time with family while I wait for the boys visas) with so much excitement like they were genuinely as excited as I was to finally get them!!

They have even checked in on us after we had arrived in the UK.

I would strongly recommend Breytenbachs for their friendly, thorough and professional service from start to finish. They were always available when I had questions about the immigration process and went the extra mile for me with my mother's successful visit visa application. I have nothing but praise for both Louise and Philip.
