I have had a long, uphill battle with Home Office to have my Visa extended until I qualify to apply for settlement.

From the first phone call from start to finish they made the whole process so easy for us. Very helpful and explained everything that they needed. Very pleased with the work they did for us. Breytenbachs assisted with our application for spousal and dependant visas for my 2 boys. It was a complex case as my eldest son is my husband's stepson and his biological father hasn't been in the picture for about 10 years so we had to prove sole responsibility, which is not that easy.

My husband left SA in August 2025 to start his new job and fulfill the earning requirements for our visas so this time spent apart was extremely taxing on our family for various reasons.
