I had responsive (I believe bot communication) from the company, until I discovered the link with the license activation code, did NOT contain a license code. I attempted several times to allow the org to correct. I received responses to "download again" and "nonrefundable" but no valid license. The company processes via PayPal but in a way that doesn't show on PayPal, so can't dispute there. I will resolve with my cc company - but this site is a scam!

Product would not install properly. Deleted all files and reinstalled three times. Same error. Phone number does not answer, chat asked me to uninstall and reinstall. Gave no other options. Did not answer when I asked what to do now. Product is useless. I am beginning to believe this site needs reporting to BBB, and Attorney General's office

I was a bit skeptical at first but since Home and Office for Mac 2021 was covered by PayPal's buyers guarantee I went ahead and bought it for $50.
I followed the instructions regarding downloading and activation and in about 10 minutes it was up and running and my Mac mini with the Apple M1 Chip and OS 12. I would have given them 5 stars but their customer service is lousy. I've spent weeks trying to get an answer as to how I would re-install it if it got corrupted but have still not received an answer.

A total SCAM! Ordered Microsoft Office Home & Business. They emailed a site to download; once downloaded and installed, message from Microsoft indicating unable to activate due to NO KEY! Save your $$$ and do not do business with this company.

I just ordered Microsoft Office 2019 for my Mac. It was delivered within ten minutes (like the website said) and so far works fine. I don't know about their other products, but this one came as advertised and was less than half the cost of the software elsewhere.

Never emailed me the product key for Microsoft Word. Clearly a scam, which I prob should’ve realized with all the spelling errors on the website/the assertion that they were a legit US Based company.

SCAM site. This site forces you download/update Adobe Flash Player which is a well known ploy to install malware on your machine. This holds true even when you hit the "contact" links to ask bestdigitalproducts.com a question. Since Adobe itself decided to pull Flash Player from the market due to security concerns there is NO LEGITIMATE use for Flash Player anymore (especially after Jan 1, 2021 - the official kill-off date for Flash Player). Any site that completely depends on Flash Player for ALL functionality like bestdigitalproducts.com is therefore extremely suspect and most likely is utilizing Flash updates/downloads for nefarious purposes. Best to avoid or you may end up paying your money for the privilege of having have someone infest your computer with malware. What a deal! ; )

Worked as promised. Took all of a few minutes to complete the transaction. Email immediately followed with instructions. After downloading the items and installing the program and the serializer all worked as designed...

Ordered Office2019, but waited 6 months until I had a new laptop to install. Product installed OK but would not activate. Activation message said it was not a valid product.
Tried to contact company via phone, email, and online chat. No response whatsoever.
Take my advice and save your money. In my opinion and experience they are scammers.

Just purchased the latest MS Office for Mac bundle at significant savings, for instant download, and everything works perfectly. Instructions were idiot-proof. The entire process, from purchase to registration, took *maybe* 10 minutes.
