We were delighted to use Bespoke Frameless Glass to replace the railings and toughened safety glass on the twelve baconies at our block of flats in Bristol. Chris, Danielle and the fitters were all extremely helpful and we were all very pleased with the outcome. Absolutely let down by this company.
We traveled 180 Miles to attend an appointment to measure up for a bespoke shower screen. Appointment had been booked for weeks and I had asked many times if the company would be happy to come to Devon. The website says they cover the South West. I was even given a price for the extra travel costs and an estimated arrival time. The day before I left home to make the journey I telephoned to check once again that the appointment would take place. It was confirmed, I made the journey. An hour before, the director of the company was due, he called to say he would not be coming as the job was not worth his while. The wasted experience cost me time and money in travel costs. Absolutely shameless!
Riana, the company's Enquiries Assistant, provides an extremely professional and customer focused face to this company, but unfortunately she was not supported by her management team who blamed her for taking the booking. The director who I spoke to failed to acknowledge that this appointment had been booked a month ago and a deposit had been taken, blaming your employee for this is poor and unprofessional.

No offer of compensation for time and money this has cost me. The upshot was the guy decided he didnt fancy the journey on the friday before a bank holiday. In truth the company knew the distance and had calculated the additional £150 per visit they were going to charge me, let me add that would be 2 visits. We had agreed the amount based on mileage so all along they knew the distance. Only decided not to come on the actual day. This job was booked three weeks previously.

The entire team at Bespoke is phenomenal, all the way from sales to the consultants to the installation team. We had a very unique shower door to fit with many complexities and they came up with a beautiful, functional solution with very high quality. Not only did they meet our needs, but when our shower door handle came in differently from what we expected, they reacted incredibly quickly and sorted it immediately within hours (it was no fault of theirs, just misalignment on the expected door). We are beyond happy with our door and their service - will definitely recommend!!

Bespoke Frameless Glass fitted a partition between my kitchen diner and conservatory. The result was an excellent glass partition that didn’t make the two rooms look so separate., they still let plenty of light in and still gives a feeling of very large space.
From start to finish the service and personal contact was excellent, and special thanks to the fitting team who were efficient ,polite and very tidy.

Bfg fitted a bespoke shower enclosure in our attic conversion, cut to fit into the eaves. From sales to arranging site visits and finishing the work, all of the team were helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

We had three external terrace ballustrades and one internal. All fitted perfectly. The guys maintained a Covid safe working environment whilst with us.
