Would give 0 stars if I could

UPDATE: after posting the review below I was emailed the next day. It gave a tracking number with a link and statement that said my order did ship. When I tracked the order it only stated a label was created on the 19th. Now the number and the link they sent is invalid and says a status is unavailable. This place is a sham. I just want my $90 back.

I ordered $90 worth of clothing on September 18th and have still received zero update on my order. I’ve even tried dming customer service on Instagram and my dms are read and ignored. The website now doesn’t even work when I try to look anything up. Very disappointed because the order was to match my baby on his first Halloween. Feels like my money has been taken and I’ll never receive my clothes.

3 Weeks: No Delivery, No Updates

I ordered a hoodie on September 25th, and after three weeks, it not only hasn’t been delivered, I haven’t received any shipping updates. All I received was an order confirmation on 9/25. For all I know, BelovedShirts took my money and ran. My only hope is seeing other customers post here, and their problems seem to be solved. If I could at least get an update that would put my mind at ease. Thanks.

It has been 2 weeks since I last was in…

It has been 2 weeks since I last was in contact with a rep and they won’t email me back, I ordered the item mid September and it is now oct 9th with no shipping notification. I have waited the alloyed maximum time, I understand people are short staffed but when I’m paying 60 dollars for a hoodie it would be nice to at least get an update every few days or so

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! This company is a scam! I placed an order back in April, I received the wrong item! Customer service was great at first in trying to get it resolved, offering to ship the correct item at no additional cost, then crickets. I've tried thru numerous routes to contact them but have been ghosted. They tried offering store credit but refuse to take any orders. Here we are 4 months later and nothing!

Actual time VS advertised time

I ordered and paid for 2 T-shirts
on June 7th, for Father’s Day.

Today is July 1st, and customer service
has told me that my shirts have
“not yet shipped,”
although they are completed.
Dads Birthday is July 7th.
Doesn’t look hopeful for that date either.

Have lots and lots of patience if you plan to order……maybe they will be here to give my Dad on Christmas.
He is 88 years old and would be so cute in his Pickle shirt I ordered.

I am very disappointed in the actual time VS the advertised time to complete and ship a simple order of two T-shirts.

UPDATE: Today is July 12th and my two items have been received.
Ordered 6/7 and received 7/12.

I will never shop from them again

I bought a shirt on May 30th. I received no emails from them about when I would get the shirt. After 2 weeks I started trying to get in touch with their customer support. It took them a week to respond to that and gave me no answers. They told me it takes 10-20 days after purchase to ship the item and I'm almost on 30 days.

I bought a swimsuit and didn’t get the…

I bought a swimsuit and didn’t get the chance to try it on as I was testing the stretch to see if it would fit and the seems started coming loose on the sides. I also noticed that it was see-through with no breast padding and the material was getting little balls of lint/wearing away. I wrote an email wanting to return and they left me on read. I have not heard any response since and can’t believe I payed $43 and waited for 21 days just to get some crappy quality swim suit.

Bad experience.

Bad experience.

I ordered two items from the site. Generally speaking, it took a month to have them and see what they are selling. That wasn't an issue since the products are customized and need time. However, the size of one item was bigger than the dimensions that they have on the site. I expected that they will be more careful with the sizes. I tried to talk with the customer care team but they are not responding. I also sent them the photos of the swim trunk showing the dimensions.
I have also ordered one more item from beloved and talk to my friends about the site that they have nice products etc. But, I am also considering telling them my experience with the return process, and that I totally unsatisfied and will not order anything else.

It takes time and patience but I'm happy

I had ordered a shirt with Beloved that is a gift for my little brother (Smokey the Bear) and after I had already completed the order I started reading reviews and some were not good and this made me very Skeptical and was worried I would not even receive the product I ordered. I sent an email regarding my concern and skepticism and was replied to with reassurance that I would indeed get what I ordered. although I did have to wait 10-15 days I was sent a tracking number shortly after and did get the item I had ordered its good quality and my little brother will love it. It does take a bit long and there is not much contact with the company after ordering unless prompted, but you will get what you pay for it's not at all bad. They are not Amazon so don't expect an Amazon experience. Overall it took some time and patience but I'm happy with my purchase. My little brother will be pleased. I know what to expect now and will buy again in the future.

They might mess up at first, but in time they'll make it right.

I bought a shirt from them. Took 20 days to process and a little more than a week to arrive. It looked lousy compared to what they had advertised. Most of all the seams didn't match with the design and it had bright white stitching across the waist, collar and cuffs. I emailed them for a return label and they asked for pictures and never sent the label even after I sent the pics. Instead they sent a 2nd sweater. Same design, but done right. Most of the seams match and Kim's head isn't in the collar. They didn't let me know about the 2nd sweater, but I'm still satisfied. I won't be needing a refund after all.

SCAM ALERT. USE ELECTRO THREADS OR ETSY

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. I ordered Feb 10th. One shirt. $40. Plus $8 shipping. First told 14 processing days. Then should be shipped. After 20 days of nothing, i asked what was up. They changed the time to 21 days and told me a LUNAR CYCLE was to blame. I was told I'd receive a refund for the shipping, never happened. It got to the point where it was at a month ordered and not shipped out. I asked for a full refund. Didnt want it anymore. THE COMPANY IGNORED THIS. And sent the product out anyways. It has been almost 2 months and i STILL DO NOT HAVE MY SHIRT. My refund was never processed. And according to their end, they have completed my order. Which is false. I HAVE BEEN BEEN SCAMMED for a Meme Tshirt.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Ordered two sweatshirts on 24 January and they arrived mid February looking completely unfinished. No labels or tags at all saying Beloved. Looked cheap and like knock-offs and took pictures of them and complained to the company the day they arrived. After a few days they got back in touch, not apologising just asking for more pictures. I sent them pictures of every bloody inch of them looking unfinished. A few days passed again and then I got an email saying that my order had been completed. I emailed them back asking for a refund and demanding an address to send them back. They are still in their original bags. They have just stopped replying.
Never using or buying from this website again. Awful customer service.

Totally worth it

While lead time was a little longer than listed on the site, delivery was extremely quick. Package arrived in great condition, item is as described, which is to say absolutely awesome.
I mean, it's not the highest quality around, but for a novelty items it exceeded my expectations.

it took 2 months to get my purchase. I ordered the beginning of November. I ordered this for a Christmas gift for my wife since it said it would be here in 9-15 days and took 2 months to get it. And when I got it it didn't look nothing like the item I ordered

Absolutely avoid

It’s so cliche but I’d give less than one star if I could. Seriously avoid this company, the reviews I finally found here are consistent with my experience - ordered over a month ago, soon after got a tracking number created and then nothing. I wrote in and was told they were checking with production, then they were checking with the postal service and then no response. Their site says they can offer low prices because of “international” production but these prices are definitely not low. I’d bet all the positive reviews here are fake. This company is scamming people and ruining holidays and other special events.

Update: “Gin”, you were the same name responding and then ignoring my emails. You already have all of my information and I’ve replied to you via the customer service messages I’ve sent you and still have no reply.
