Placed an order on 1/23/2025 and have not received it. No way of contacting the store through Shopify because it no longer exists. Can’t file a complaint on Shopify because I don’t have access to the confirmation email URL even though I clearly have an email confirming my order.

Would rate 0 if i could. The website doesnt even exist anymore.

Beloved is a complete scam. They string you along for months, making you believe your order will eventually arrive, only for it never to materialize. Their customer service engages in endless back-and-forth emails, offering false hope and empty assurances. In the end, they simply ask if you want to cancel and get a refund—likely hoping you’ll just give up. Their website, tracking numbers, and order review system are all non-existent. Avoid this company at all costs

I made an order of $100 back in November. It is now the beginning of January and I have received no item, nor have they responded to my several emails. I did received an order confirmation, and was actually charged the money.

This is THEFT.

I ordered a Christmas gift for a friend on December 6th. It is now January 24 and I am still waiting on an update, as I haven’t received an email, tracking number or update of any kind. I’ve used their contact form on the website 3x and never heard back. Their customer support email bounced. Now I’m going to have to fight it with my credit card company and then shop for a new gift for my friend after apologizing for the delay.

Update: I requested a refund and they confirmed it, but have not received the actual refund. Original review below.

Not sure this is a real company. Clothes take an incredible amount of time. Customer service is unable to provide accurate production times. Stay away.

Total scam as others are saying. Ordered 2 items and after 6 weeks reached out for a status update. The customer service email and website portal had been deactivated. All emails to customer support bounced. Save yourself the chargeback effort, because that’s exactly what will need to be done.

DO NOT BUY HERE. Here’s what they said after taking more than a month from order to delivery:

“Our normal production would have a 10 business days crafting period plus the 8-12 business day shipping period. You may check our production policy here.

In your case, your order was placed on October 7, 2024, and the package arrived on November 9, 2024. Thus, we are delayed for 2-3 days only.”

They then went on to provide a conflicting explanation of their return policy timeframe and give more reasons why they won’t accept a return.

In other words, they don’t care. Don’t buy from them and make sure everyone you know is aware of how terrible they are from end to end.

This is a scam.

Don’t believe all of these reviews. Understand that you are getting a customized item and it is shipping From far away. I got my shirt and pants and they are hilarious and they are high-quality. Everyone else leaving one star is just impatient, your item will come in it might just take a month.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I needed a shirt for an event and I ordered the Barbie disgust shirt which looked great on the website. I ordered it on 9/29 and needed it for 10/19. It took them A MONTH to ship it to me. I would send it back, but the return policy is that you can only return it if it is within 21 days of the order date. How does that work when they don't ship it out for a month. I contact them several times during the month long wait and told them to forget the order and they wouldn't cancel it. I finally got the shirt and it is AWFUL! It does NOT look like the picture on the website. I wish I would have seen the already posted reviews before ordering from them.

This company has fake reviews on its website and hides their return/exchange policy until after you place your order. They have a completely unfair return policy that states you can only request a refund "21 days after placing your order" but they don't even ship your order to you before that deadline, so you're stuck with the items whether you like them or not. It has been 22 days since I placed the order and I was told it would ship 10 business days after placing it, and yet it is still in "processing". Also, I paid extra for "free returns and package protection" but then in the fine print (that they don't show you until AFTER you place the order), they still make you pay for shipping to process the "free return". This is completely unacceptable and I suspect it is a scam since they hide their negative reviews and I have been given no indication that I will ever receive my order.

Ordered some shirts and it has been a week with no update on shipping. I asked them to cancel the order because it would not arrive on time for an event and they simply said they can’t do anything.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE.

Their customer service is awful. Their refund policy is 21 days from the date of the order placed but if they don’t ship your items till after that period how do you return it!?

I went to my credit card company to have them fight this battle. What a scam Beloved is.

100% scam!!!! Never sent product. A few emails with vague apology. Poor responsiveness. How they keep getting away with this I’ll never know

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM!

Product was ordered and paid for and never showed up. When I inquired, it was referred to a tracking app that erroneously told me my package was delivered. I was home all day, it was not delivered or attempted to be delivered. The whole thing is BS! Super Pissed Off.

Ordered shirt at the beginning of July. It’s now the middle of September and no shirt. I’ve requested to cancel the order and for them to refund the order. They have not done either.

Buyer beware. Ambiguous delivery timing when placing an order...which then stretches into multiple weeks after they get your money. They're clearly dropshipping from China so plan accordingly.

Placed an order on July 14th and it is now August 29th. For the longest it was saying my order was in production but now when I search the order number it says not found. Their communication is horrible and if you actually get a response it’s just excuses. This is a SCAM

Very bad customer service have sent several e mails with no respond placed my order over 20 days ago and it still just stands as received.....

Ordered a shirt 6 weeks ago and still nothing.
