I want to share my disappointing experience with [Property Dealer's Name] in Leeds. I strongly advise against buying, selling, or renting property through this dealer.

The property they rented to me had multiple issues, which I reported immediately. Despite this, it took them approximately six months to address the problems. Additionally, they initially assured me that the lease could be extended, only to later refuse to extend it after a few months.
While leaving the property they deduct huge amount from your deposit. So be careful to note down and email them every minor issue.

In my opinion, dealing with this agent has been more trouble than it's worth. Please be cautious if considering their services.

After years of working in the property market myself I was keen to choose the right agent to market my own house with. I was lured into a contract with stories of huge waiting lists, potential sealed bids etc but none of this materialised. Sadly communication was appalling, the staff lied to me when viewers failed to turn up and the owner Andrew failed to respond to any emails. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and I would urge others to look elsewhere.
