Updated Review Issue Now Resolved
I attempted to transfer some bitcoin & made an honest error. I was subjected to interrogation by 20 year old with a very smug condescending attitude towards me from the get go. I was made to feel as if I was a criminal that was money laundering or committing a terrible crime because I made an error. I was honest & transparent regarding everything & have been given a ban. Even after raising a complaint I have received another condescending & patronizing email refusing to reverse their decision to over turn the ban. I am in a state of shock as the amount of money was well under £2000 so hardly life savings. Do not use this dreadful company & if you do & make a mistake don't be honest it will get you no where. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: I have been contacted today by Bc Bitcoin. I had a long conversation with them & they agree that my account should not have been have been banned & they have reversed their decision & my account is now active. They were very polite & understood my position. Thank you Bc Bitcoin for contacting me & rectifying the situation. I appreciate you doing this & your politeness towards me.

Very reliable platform
I would happily give five stars for the manner in which BC Bitcoin are so responsive to customer queries. They are indeed totally professional. However, the only drawback for me is that they are unable to assist in the purchase of unusual or new tokens/coins and that is often where one has the best short term returns. If they were able to assist more in this regard, I wouldn't even look at another platform and I would prefer not to have to.
