I have a sr horse that tends to get swelling from being confined due to the stalls at many rodeos. My friend offered the wraps to try. In 4 hrs the swelling was gone! I love these products- I have been using the blankets on my training horses for the last few years and finally bought myself a vest, I can’t believe I waited so long to take the plunge! The only downer to my experience was trying to exchange a dog blanket that I ordered to small from direct from BOT. Trying to mail something directly back to the company has been a wild goose chase- there are not UPS stores near me and I cannot print the return label myself! I didn’t purchase it from a store so I can’t do that as a return/exchange. I will be sure to double check and check again on sizes when order direct in the future!

I came back b/c of success with your therapeutic gloves last year. My hands responded so well using them that there is no question how important they've been for me. Your website is easy and quick, too.

Fast shipping, accurate orders, quality products. Sizing guides definitely need improvement. For example, sizing for wrist covers/gaiters listed as "small/medium/large" isn't helpful - why not glove size or wrist measurement? Sizing differs between articles: I wear XL in the t shirts but M in zip-up sweaters. I always feel like I'm guessing blindly at size to order.

The Bark Dog Coat is awesome for our standard poodle. However, figuring out the sizing was a bit of work. As such the coat needed to be exchanged for a smaller size which wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, the exchange policy which was off putting since it was all over the place with its 'return it no keep it' wording which didn't matter in the end because it had to be returned. This didn't feel good. The experience felt like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football while Lucy promises she'll hold the ball and then doesn't. Rather than trying to make your policy sound nice it would be better to just say return it then if you decide a customer could keep it, then tell them. Don't make a confusing policy.

I wanted therapeutic brush boots and received one pair of them and the other were just basic brush boots. Your products are confusing and your inventory non existent.
I bought them at Smart Pak instead.

I accidentally ordered the wrong style jacket for my dog and they treated it amazingly to get the right one on the way. it was easy and awesome.
