Horrible online banking platform

Every evening when I try to login to their new online platform I do not get SMSes sent. They work during daytime more or less which means these guys are either doing unannounced maintenance, or their online banking is crappy as hell. The old version they had was way way better, the new one is full of crap and has less functionality. Stuff I was able to do online in the old system now forces me to go to their stupid offices and waste my time filling tons of unnecessary papers. I've been using their services for 12-15 years and they have not progressed ONE BIT during this period. No multi-currency debit cards (they are always tied to a particular current account), no option to hold anything but BGN, USD, or EUR balances, horrible incoming transfer fees, banking fees increased every few months...this bank is going go out of business soon.
