I placed an order for a stroller after…

I placed an order for a stroller after their site said they had one. They said it was free shipping (to my daughter in law) yet they charged me 194.00. Then two days later they cancelled my order after placing the stroller with Fedex. Their customer service is horrible. All they would say, via email, is "our apologies" I would NEVER do business with this company. I hope Amazon takes them off their site.

They never delivered my baby carrier

They never delivered my baby carrier. They then told me to go to the nearest post office to go look for it. I'm a new mum with a new born. How do they expect me to go through all the stress? Very poor customer service and inconsiderate people.

Thieves

I ordered through baby haven via Walmart and never received my package. I contacted them and they advised me to go around my neighborhood asking my neighbors if they had my package. Warning people not to order through them. Did some research after the fact and several, SEVERAL people have had the same complaint as me. They don't send items and don't offer a refund.

They don't follow Amazon policies! Avoid!

I returned a defective item within the eligible return timeframe and should have been refunded in full, per Amazon policy. They instead deducted 50% for a restocking fee, completely against Amazon policy! I have to pursue a chargeback via my credit card company now to hold them accountable. Do not let this unethical company take your money, too! Do not buy from them, and if they do not fulfill the order corrrectly or refund you properly, FIGHT THEM and hold them accountable!!

Fantastic Service

Fantastic Service!
Ordered Two Baby Door Latches, way cheaper than anywhere plus coming from a different country the shipping was really cheap and arrived in good time.
My New Favourite Baby shop! ♥️

Horrible company!

I purchased something from Babyhaven and after receiving it I realize I purchased the wrong thing. So I called and let them know it was my mistake I just want to return it and get my money back. They gave me a return number and I had to pay to ship it back since it wasn't a mistake on their part, okay, no problem, I just want my money back. They said I would have my money within 2 to 3 business days after they received the product. They received it 3 days after I sent it back. Over a week later I called to check on my refund. I am constantly being put on hold, hung up on and put on long 30-plus minute wait times just to be HUNG UP ON AGAIN. I have yet to recieve my refund. If I hadn't spent $100 I would not make such a big deal, but its principal, they said return it and we'll refund you, so they need to hold up their end of the deal.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!!!

Very wary!

I was not able to get the product I wanted here In the UK and babyhaven was the only company I could find with the product who would ship to me. Once I placed the order I was a little concerned considering it's negative reviews! I have to say though, 8 days after placing the order it arrived to me with no problems! I have definitely not been put off.

Poor packaging - liquid vitamin ordered - gooey mess delivered

This company shipped three large glass bottles filled with liquid vitamin without individually wrapped in each bottle in bubble wrap and or paper. This of course resulted in the glass bottle smashing together and leaking all over the envelope they were shipped in. Oh yes, not a box with appropriate stuffing, a thin envelope. Not very smart. Huge mess. Not satisfied with customer service thus far.

product not delivered, refund not given

ordered some baby ddrops in Feb 2016, and had the company send them to a friends house in China. The company used DHL. Fine you may think. nearly 2 months later the gift had still not been delivered and DHL at the end of April 2016 stated in their track and trace that the package was not delivered and being returned. When asking Babyhaven about a refund, they advise that it will be sorted when the item is returned. it is now September and they are still saying that the item has not been returned to their warehouse (so no refund). in their email replies they end their replies showing my priority is LOW, and the status is CLOSED. they don't seem to make any effort to chase up anything and deal with complaints satisfactorily. Would not shop with them ever again

I bought one item, the picture and dimensions are totally different from its web site. I sent two emails for return and got no response. It is rare in US having such company

Nightmare for Returns

I ordered from BabyHaven on Amazon. A simple $27 pair of bathtub bars that wouldn't attach to the wall. They repeatedly asked stupid questions about why I wanted to return the product. As of this writing, I still don't have my money back. Horrible company. I'll never order from them again.

SCAM! Will steal your money! DO NOT SHOP there!

SCAM! DO NOT BUY anything! They will make you wait ages until you ask them where is your order then they will say they don't have it in stock yet if you want to cancel or wait! This is after a month I paid for my item and no contact what so ever! After you say you want to cancel they will ignore you and not give your money back. I'm going to give their website to the police."

Terrible!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered an item in plenty of time to get to me before I left on an overseas trip. In fact I still called customer service and the unpleasant lady on the phone ensured me I would have my order within 6-10business days. Well 12 days after the fact I had still not received my order! I had called a number od times to check if my order had shipped, again the unpleasant lady assured me it had but for some reason could not give me a tracking number!
Finally I had to leave without my purchase! Frustrated! I returned almost 3 weeks later to the item on my door step. Immediately I contacted babyhaven who informed me I had to pay to have it returned to them! Now if this was my screw up I would happily pay for the return of the item! Babyhaven promised I would have my order in a certain amount of time, I did not and worst of all they blamed the postal carrier for the delay! I have tried so many times to speak to a manager but the same lady answers the phone every time and puts me through to a voicemail with no name! She will not give me a name of anyone not even hers! I understand that they have a return policy that does not pay for shipping but when it's your mistake babyhaven I'm pretty sure you can amend your policy! I am absolutley shocked by this company and have never experienced anything like them! Just awful! No one has ever called me back!

Bad customer service & are liars

I purchased an item on 02/12 & requested for it to be delivered before christmas. As I did not receive it by the 14/12, I sent an email to the custoner service requesting for an update but I didnt receive a respond frm them. I continued to send numerous email and finally received a response on 22/12 advising that they are unable to track the item. I also had problem whilst paying for the item. As I was waiting for the payment to be approved, I received an error message. I realised the transaction was successful only after I received an email 24hrs later. I sent numerous emails to request for a receipt of the transaction & still have not received any at all. I had also requested for the item to be gift wrapped and they advised against it as they claimed that customs usually open the items to inspect. To be honest, they are just trying to save costs as I have purchased items from other retailers and they have also gift wrapped it and it arrived in perfect condition even after customs inspetion. To make matters worse my item arrived afyer.christmas on 28/12. Took almost a month to get here. As I clearly specified it was gift, they still didnt bubble wrap it. The packaging was so badly damaged. I was mad as I couldnt give it as a gift.I believe this business is dishonest & should not be allowed to operate online at all. They dont even deserve any positive ratings. They should be black-marked and taken offline to prevent them from cheating others.

Babyhaven.com - I had a good experience

I ordered a Quad stroller for my sister in France. Babyhaven.com is the only company I've ever found that will actually ship these big strollers (or anything for that matter) to France.

I called in my order over the phone and they shipped it for a reasonable rate (the rep said they get 75% off of FedEx Express International rates). My sister got it in only 6 days from the US. I was really impressed and so was she. My sister did have to pay VAT, but that was expected and Babyhaven.com warned us that taxes may be charged by customs.

Anyway, I do recommend Babyhaven.com to anyone.
